As small as this is, it proves that the Farmers guessed right--City Hall wasn't going to move without pressure--and the pressure is working. City Hall is feeling the heat.

I had the same skepticism, but the farmer's site, southcentralfarmers.com has the same message.
...that the farmers "won." vague text message on phone, no details. could be just a reference to this posting, and not quite accurate, but could be more.
anybody else have further info on a possible, real win at this time?
