The anti-immigrant lobby has a site up to attack anyone who hires non-whites.
c.jpg, image/jpeg, 747x450
ATTENTION!!!!!!!!! Here is a chance to make an Internet site irrelevant. Go to the site, click on "Add an Employer" and add one. Then add another, and another. Since these racists will not go to any establishment that is listed on this page, all we have to do is list EVERY establishment on this page. Then they will not be able to buy gas, get food, or go to work. They will HAVE TO MOVE!!!!! Hey, this is a real great thing!!!!! http://www.wehirealiens.com/ http://www.wehirealiens.com/ http://www.wehirealiens.com/ http://www.wehirealiens.com/ http://www.wehirealiens.com/ http://www.wehirealiens.com/ http://www.wehirealiens.com/ http://www.wehirealiens.com/ http://www.wehirealiens.com/ http://www.wehirealiens.com/ http://www.wehirealiens.com/

if you look under "Search Employers" section, you will find Joe Turner and Don Silva. Both are alleged of hiring "illegals". Evidence provided; they frequent Day Laborer sites and travel to the border on a regular basis.
Maybe they have become self-hating anti-immigrant

Socialists should seek out the companies that hire employees illegally in order to unionize or help them. But no, the socialists just want these workers to enter the U.S. illegally and work at slave wages. As they are exploited.
Why don't you go south of the border and work toward a better life for those living in countries like Mexico? Instead you waste your time playing games on these websites.

If companies are hiring illegal aliens and they are paying them sub-standard wages and denying them health care coverage, we should go after the employers. Unfortunately, a majority of the members in your group are not really after the companies, they are after the individual who has come here in a desperate attempt to escape poverty and desperation. You attack her work, her home, and her. This is not about fair labor; it is about your hate for Latin Americans.

Please explain your rationale for being an adolescent and using the word "Nazi" in such idiotic contect. Be specific. Give examples.
For example, how about a bus drives up to your yard and people just start filing through your front door. How many before you say *enough*? How many before the floor caves in?
Your being viewed as anything but a sloganeering mental cripple, instead of someone who uses the most basic of common sense available to first graders, depends on your response.

Yeah, that don't look to good, does it Leslie?
A web site with a poorly concieved format is worse than none at all for some of the associates here. Usually we have to depend on the idle hands of some deranged indymedia posters to manipulate an image to our detriment. Looks like we don't need you guys to handle our detracor position anymore; we've in-sourced it You guys better start writing a new resume.....

Heads up! NBC SanDiego is polling on whether names of companies hiring aliens should be posted on line. The poll's at poll SOS is voting madly on this, but have also noted that the whole idea of accusing people of a "crime" on hearsay is prolly defamatory and illegal. Vote early and vote often.

Posting information on the web that is believed to be true is one thing. Knowingly posting unsubstantiated or false information falls under the libel statues. If people are encouraged to knowingly post false or unsubstantiated information by others it is conspiracy. So I believe that many of the posters who have made commentary that stated they are entering information on the wehirealiens site just to injure the publication are opening themselves up to a suit for damages.

Ayatollah--
No judge anywhere is going to take posters to this site seriously--it has no standards and requires no proof from anybody. In fact, I doubt that anybody with two brain cells to rub together will.
The site itself is what's dangerous--hurting migrants and businesses on hearsay is its sole intent. Whether that hearsay comes from anti-migrant people or pro-migrant people is irrelevant, and entirely incidental to the harm the very fact of a public effort to discredit (mostly small) businesses does. That's something civil courts might be interested in.
They're not going to take on spoofers over this.

It's very difficult to unionize the undocumented, though it is happening. It depends on the context -- if they're working in a big factory, it's possible.
The problem is, it's very difficult to go after small businesses that pop up and then vanish. What large companies do is use small ones to shield themselves from litigation and bad press. Wal-Mart, for example, outsources its janitorial services to smaller janitorial contracters. So you might go after the small guys, but can't go after the big ones.
The same thing happens in sewing. You have these "manufacturers" who don't make anything -- they subcontract the work out to smaller specialists.
Larger companies hire temp agencies like Labor Ready to staff their companies. The temp agencies maximize exploitation, by not paying people, by firing them quickly, and basically turning labor into a very liquid commodity.
I'm sure there are other situations out there, and labor studies folks may be able to elaborate. These are just the situations I've heard about or seen for myself.
Given that all these businesses exist to rip off the undocumented, is it any wonder why some will opt to get jobs on the street, and take their income in cash? Cut out the middleman, and cut out the rip off.

Unions negotiate on behalf of less than 10% of the workforce.
Right wingers who rail on and on about how big and powerful unions are telling a big fat lie. It's all ideological delusions. It's the right wing version of a conspiracy theory.
10%! That's nothing. I read that it was around 50% in the 1950s. And, like good reactionaries, right wingers can't see past the 1950s. Their "good old days" were when American labor had the owners scared.
The whole blather about prop 75 is more of this right wing conspiracy-theory they got about unions. Vote NO on that sucka.
Or hell, vote YES on it. Witness the rebound effect of thousands of workers deciding to burn down the governor's mansion.
