Is there a contingent of rescue workers going from the area?
Is there a contingent of people going from this area to New Orleans to work in the rescue effort? If so, we can coordinate so we can give them camping gear, medicines, and other essentials.

CONTACT YOUR LOCAL RED CROSS CHAPTER!!!!! I AM AN E.M.T. and volunteered at the Rio Hondo chapter in Whittier. The first wave of volunteers is on the way and i will be with the second team going out Mon. or Tues. If you can't volunteer donate CASH$$$$$
