The information below was taken from the SOS website. They have gone public with the protest details because infiltrators within SOS have already leaked the information.
http://www.saveourstate.org/forums/index.php?showtopic=3209&st=0entry27673 ***TAKEN FROM THE SOS SITE*** Dear Fellow SOS Members, Please join us for this protest at the SOURCE of the funding for the hiring center. It's at the SAWDUST FESTIVAL which is 2 blocks from the hiring site. (it's within walking distance, so maybe we can hit both at the same time). The parking will be horrible, due to the popularity of this art festival, so if you can carpool, please do so. I mistakenly thought parking was free, but it's .50 per hour. ------------------------ LAGUNA BEACH Laguna Canyon Road/Laguna Canyon Frontage Rd. JULY 16TH * SATURDAY 10AM-12PM **This is NOT at the day labor site** ARTS FESTIVAL RALLY! The City of Laguna Beach supports an Illegal Day Labor site through income generated by their World Famous Art Festivals. We are gathering in a peaceful rally in front of the arts center to educate those entering the festival and the drive-by public to the illegal activities their tickets are paying for. Bring your signs: "Shame on Laguna Beach" "Laguna Beach Supports Illegals" "Laguna Beach Arts Support Illegals" "Laguna Beach Residents Before Illegals" "Your Art Ticket Pays For Mexico" Also bring the usual signs denouncing Illegal Immigration and Day Labor Sites. -------------------------- Directions: From Los Angeles take the 405 Freeway into Irvine. Take the 133 Highway (south) towards Laguna Beach. This highway turns into Laguna Canyon Rd. From San Diego take the 5 Freeway to 405 Freeway, take 133 Highway (south) towards Laguna Beach. The 133 turns into Laguna Canyon Rd. Parking: There is metered parking up and down the street (.50 per hour. Quarters only) Or there is a () parking area as you enter the canyon called ACT V parking. You will then take a shuttle bus to the Sawdust Festival site. Bring your family and swimsuits and enjoy an afternoon at the beautiful beach after the rally http://www.sawdustartfestival.org/ (Last month several American citizens and residents of Laguna Beach lost their homes in a major landslide. They were not insured, therefore have lost everything. Instead of using city money to help these good Americans, the mayor of Laguna Beach funds an illegal resource center, which includes a hiring center, counseling, and housing for ILLEGAL IMMIGRANTS

They seem to have issues with cities, public art, civic events.
Where ever they go they are out numbered 20 to 1 and they don't seem to care. The police protect them and then go after the larger counter demo. Attacks and arrests in Garden Grove, 23 bogus arrests in Baldwin Park. What’s going on? The question is; Are the SOS demos bait? Do they know people in law enforcement? Or is this just too paranoid a thought to be true.
But if you believe we live in a police state and we know it to be a racist state, you have got to wonder sometimes; What’s really going on?

Yeah, they do get outnumbered 20-1 and they aren't scared. You know why? Because they are RIGHT to protest illegal immigration. Why? Because its ILLEGAL, stupid.
Seems Indy Media doesn't understand the concept of illegality, which is futher proof you are mentally challenged.
I admire those willing to take a stand on a crisis issue like illegal immigration and the tremendous social, cultural and economic damage its inflicting on the nation. I'll never understand how you racist communists can condone it.

Me, Myself and I
"Indy Media" doesn't get ?
No YOU don't get it - IMC is only a newswire, not a shrinking hate site like SOS
A newswire with 50 times the readership
which answers the question of why SOS dups troll here - to try to draw traffic to SOS
the charts show SOS gets most of it's traffic from engaging readers on here, and as soon as people here get bored with it, SOS's hit count goes so low it's not even on the chart at all
compare the timestamps of SOS threads on here to the timescale on the hit count chart and you'll see what I mean...
SOS's efforts are floundering as well despite it's efforts to gain popularity, both other hate groups and the general public is shunning them.
they are going through the same death throes as CCIR did - now virtually dead & forgotten..
sorry - there's just not much of a market for hate ;

They protested the monument because its a piece of separatist trash that is divisive and reeks of "reconquista". This is the US, not filthy Mexico. This sort of separatist language is in fact related to illegal immigration since the more invaders that come here the more this idea about reconquest propagates.
They need cops because you assholes are violent creeps. AND, the cops KNOW your inner circles are violent and don't need to be asked to show up. They are their to keep law and order.
Your support of illegal immigration, your hatred of law enforcement and your efforts to destroy basic democratic principles make you enemies of this country. 'Nuff said.

Still stinging from their last series of smack downs, the scumbags are going to see if they can get smacked down by the community they're attacking one more time.

Here is the follow up to the letter writing we did to the LA Times Laguna Beach Edition. I know many wrote letters, but just these two were printed, probably because they were Laguna Beach residents. One of these is mine.
Thank you all for your help with this. I am seeing more and more 'talk' around the beach communities here about this issue. I'm planning to do more and won't stop until the day workers site here is closed. Please contact me if you have suggestions. I'll continue to post any info coming out of this area. Thanks again.
Job Center is bad for Laguna Beach
Yes, absolutely the immigration status of the workers at the Laguna Canyon worker's site should be checked. As a Laguna Beach resident, I am furious over the city's use of public funds to maintain and support the day labor site. The workers who show up there every day are not Laguna Beach residents nor are they even American citizens.
Laguna Beach prides itself on its liberal views and openness to all cultures and races, but then they give public money to an isolated group that excludes all other races and cultures. The day workers site is set up and run for the exclusive use of Latinos.
This month, our city will see a new bunch of high school graduates who will be looking for part-time summer work. But that opportunity is not available to them.
Although I am opposed to any funding of day labor sites, as there are many, many private businesses who assist in part-time labor for employers, I am outraged over the funding of assisting undocumented workers. There are laws in our state making it a crime to assist or employ a non-citizen. Laguna Beach thumbs its nose at our laws each time they write that check.
Since the majority of the workers at the site are non-citizens, we must assume they are driving our beautiful city's streets with no car insurance. Already we have a congested and dangerous canyon, why would our city's government encourage uninsured drivers here?
Yesterday, during a televised public meeting, our mayor, Pearson-Schneider, asked for donations to help the residents who have lost their multimillion dollar homes, but they give thousands and thousands of dollars each year to help undocumented workersand non-Laguna Beach residents. The arrogant nerve of our mayor and our city.

The problems of globalism are
finally coming to America. After
years of forcing globalism on others
it's now being forced on us. Immigration Reform
Action Cmmittee (IRAC)
is fighting the problem with new and creative
ideas. Join IRAC's fight now!
What We Stand For
Construct extended border zones to contain border activity.
Border activities have special needs, so special
jurisdictions to allow for increased deregulation will
be established.
The southern zone will extend from the southern tip of Baja California
to the northern border of California.
The northern zone will extend from the northern border of Alberta
to the southern border of Colorado.
No More Amnesty
Eliminate citizenship globally --
only global citizenship can represent
people against transnational corporations.
Expand human jurisdictions
to match corporate jurisdictions.
No to NAFTA, yes to AFTA.
Support the American Free Travel Area (AFTA). Establish and enforce
a universal "friends fly free" price for all international travel
across the Americas.
No more "slave trade" in illegal alien labor
We demand full workers rights at all times. All
labor dispute
cases, regardless of status, will take place
in transnational labor courts and/or
private Dominance/submission dungeons.
If they stay in Mexico, they can fix their own
government
We demand full support for the EZLN.
The Zapatistas are the only viable resistance
to government corruption, not only in Mexico
but in the US and Canada as well. They
must be supported, via fundraiser cookouts,
bake sales, and concerts.
Our Method
Our action is based on transference of pain,
from those who oppress us, and well as to
those whom we oppress. We're in pain,
and we want to share the pain with everyone.
