The Racists Leave

by 1Planet1People Saturday, May. 28, 2005 at 4:30 AM

The police use horses and riot cops to push the peaceful protestors back.

video: windows media at 7.5 mebibytes

In this clip the police use their slave horses and riot police to push the peaceful protestors back. You will notice that the protestors comply with the orders of the police, and clear the way before the police arrive. They chant to voice their opposition, but in a peaceful manner. Unfortunately, arbitrary arrests follow, and I have to suppress that footage because of legal reasons. Luckily, I have evidence that will vindicate at least one arrestee, and probably more. I will post more video coverage after we beat these thugs in court!

Archangel

by Jimmy Heat Wednesday, Jun. 01, 2005 at 12:42 AM

Great footage. I like the part about how you cut out the violence of your protestors against the police.

"Who's Street? Our Street!" ???

Actually, the street belongs to the city and the taxpayers and you are not supposed to be in it blocking traffick.

Your title "Racists escape" sounds like you meant the visitors at the event harm or capture which is ALSO illegal.

YOUR VIOLENT PROTEST VIOLATED THE CIVIL RIGHTS OF THOSE ATTENDING THE MEETING. HOW DOES IT FEEL TO BE CIVIL RIGHTS VIOLATORS?

videos

by Buddy Friday, Jun. 03, 2005 at 7:46 AM

Your videos are very well produced. My question is; why did you not show the whole thing? If your people were falsly arrested, what are you hiding? I would think your videos would show that, if it were the case.

legal reasons

by 1planet1people Friday, Jun. 03, 2005 at 1:54 PM

the way we win cases is by not showing them the evidence in advance. If we did, they could change their story to make it seem like they are still in the right. My video has helped beat countless cases, and I am confident that it will help here as well. Once the cases are won in court, then I will present it all to the world.

You will lose in court

by Police rule Tuesday, Jun. 21, 2005 at 11:55 AM

If you do not obey a lawful order you will be arrested
Your video proves that you did not head lawful orders and were subject to arrest. The police can use force reasonable and necessary to overcome resistance. You have no right to physically resist a police officer in the performance of his or her duties. You have no legal grounds to stand on; you will lose rightfully so... next time you protest trying being peaceful. GO MINUTEMEN!!!!!
