Critical Mass LA now meets at the Wilshire and Western intersection, in the public plaza above the Red Line station and across the street from the Wiltern Theater.
We meet at 6pm on the last Friday of the month and ride at 6:30pm.
Satellite rides come in from UCLA, at the Westwood and LeConte intersection (meet at 5pm, leave shortly after) and also from Silverlake (Parkman and Sunset- meet at 5:45 and roll just before 6pm.
Join us next month in our celebration of the bicycle!
Whose streets? Our streets!!
Our first meeting at the new location.
This city needs CM more than any city in the world. Let's help it gain real critical mass. We can learn alot from SF and what's going on now in NYC. Are there any meet ups before next month's ride?
I missed your last ride last Friday because you guys didn't list this event on the LA-IMC Calendar.
You used to list your critical mass in this calendar before.
You're right about LA needing CM and SF and NYC being places to look to for inspiration / solidarity.
As for meet-ups before next month's mass, there's just one critical mass in LA every month and, now, a critical mass group that meets in Santa Monica on the first Friday of the month:
SMmass
Ride on,
