Video of protest
QuickTime movie at 6.8 mebibytes
A small but out spoken group of activists from the California Nurses Association staged a protest outside the gates to the governor’s Brentwood estate today. The protest was held today at the mansion in response to the governor’s lavish Super Bowl party planned for tonight.
The demonstration was held together with The Foundation for Taxpayer and Consumer Rights, Consumerwatchdog.org.
The protest featured a small plane that circled the governor's mansion pulling a protest banner that read: “It’s no party for nurses, patients and students – Arnoldwatch.net”
Uploaded here is a short quicktime movie of the protest.

Once again, the CNA stands up for nurses unlike alot of other unions. Conditions at the hospital are so stressful at the hospital I work at, I went home crying, wondering why I thought being a nurse would be awesome. Dreading the next 3 days I have to work. I thought I was a patient advocate, but corners are cut everywhere and burnout is high! Thanks Arnold. Oh and nice pad. Bet the food was good...pretty soon are we going to have the staff to make sure the sick and elderly are cared for?
