Through the use of biometrics, in a field called "access control technology," the digitalization of photographs can control access to locked doors. This ensures that access is available only to those who have been designated or "chosen." The same technology can also control access to water, the fundamental necessity for life on this planet.

In an article in the archives on this website, entitled "Public Extermination Project," the intended use of t-valves to provide undrinkable water to pre-selected residences (thus intending death) was delineated.

Many who have read this article have expressed the perception that, if they and their families are so targeted in their homes, access to life-sustaining water in public areas will be an option. It will not be an option.

Through the use of facial recognition devices (contained in mirrors above washbasins, cameras aimed at public water sources, etc.) it is now possible to determine who is attempting to access water. Through the activation of the t-valve designated at that source it is possible to mete out drinkable water or "death water" on an individualized basis: technology in the service of death.

The first step in this process is the harvesting of images through photographs. After several photographs have been taken, a template is made and digitialized. The digitalization is fed into a centralized computer, which is keyed into all water sources in the U.S. which are monitored by facial recognition systems. Upon activation of the system, the unsuspecting target may go to a public fountain or washbasin, thinking this will be a better source than the curiously undrinkable water coming from the tap in his house. The resulting ingestion may incur death.

If the brighter-than-average target is still alive, he may then attempt a soda dispenser for life-sustaining hydration. Unfortunately, the same system is operative. The image of the target will trigger an outflow of "poison pepsi," pre-loaded into the dispenser.

The country has been retro-fitted for death.

There has obviously been a great deal of cooperation among private industry with this project. Only a handful of firms actually own the food and beverage giants, and there has been complicity across the boards with the "poison project."

Buried deep within the Patriot Act lies terminology addressing the use of toxins or "delivery systems" (for delivering toxins or poisons). Under Section 817. Expansion of the Biological Weapons Statute, it is not an offense to possess toxins or "delivery systems" wwhen it is "reasonably justified by a prophylactic, protective" purpose.

Does "protective" here refer to "Protection of the President?" This phrase that has popped up in the last three years in as far flung documents as health privacy statements, seemingly unrelated legal documents, and peppers the reports of pundits like a mantra. If so, then it is now apparently permissible to poison sections of our populace if it "protects" Mr. Bush.

Prophylactic has a similar connotation, that of protection or containment. In a recent report in the Santa Monica Daily Press, Mr. Bush was quoted as saying, "All Jews are going to Hell." God forbid that our born again Christian President would want to "poison" those he perceives as human anathema.

This one section of the Patriot Act bears witness to an agenda that could translate into an accessing or toxifying of our fluid and fluid delivery system to protect a man with Ubermensch on the brain.

Will "Osama bin Laden" (translation: CIA funded operation) lob one over and decimate the shrinking safety net for world Jews? Or will our government just say he did, in order to divert attention from our own reprehensible actions? When we lose Israel, the homeland established after the Holocaust, the Master Race agenda will come to the fore, the fist smashing the melting pot. Once again, we will be caught in a killing field.
