Thirty four years to the day.... May 4th, 1970.
Allison Krause, Jeffrey Miller, Sandra Scheuer and William Schroeder died under a hail of bullets fired by fellow Americans acting on behalf of the American war machine in Vietnam.
Never forget.
"Tin soldiers and Nixon's coming, we're finally on our own. This summer I hear the drumming, four dead in Ohio. Gotta get down to it, soldiers are cutting us down. Should have been done long ago. What if you knew her and found her dead on the ground? How can you run when you know?

Tin soldiers and Nixon's coming, we're finally on our own. This summer I hear the drumming, four dead in Ohio, four dead in Ohio, four dead in Ohio, four dead in Ohio, how many more? Four dead in Ohio, four dead in Ohio, four dead in Ohio, home many more?"

They were cut down with the sweep of an automatic weapon. This footage was pulled and the blame infered to 'a few' shots from variousm guardsmen. It was a single weapon on automatic fire.

I was in my parent's house home on leave, watching the tube and I just saw it. It's one of those things etched deeply into your memory. They were cut down left to right like a scythe hit them. A line of students standing shoulder to shoulder. Unmistakable effects of a burst of automatic fire lasting less than a second.
