biodiesel collectivo vs. Greyhound monopoly

by moth Friday, Feb. 20, 2004 at 8:09 AM

biodiesel bus collectivo transports people around the west 101 without depending on Iraq petroleum monopoly Greyhound

biodiesel collectivos could transport people along the 101 from SF to Portland and points between (Vancouver and TJ?), stopping at eateries along the way to fill up on left-over veggie oil..

the Greyhound monopoly makes traveling anywhere without a car expensive and inconvienient, furthermore Greyhound has sued Amtrack for transporting people by bus. The claim is that Amtrack cannot transport people unless they are connecting to rail. So many Amtrack busses travel half empty even though there is room for people going to towns along the way..

Greyhound corporation is headquartered in Dallas, Texas (Tejas) and is very much supported by the petroleum conglomerates and the federal government. This makes it so people have no other choice but to take Greyhound or drive, hitchhiking possible but uncertain..

When looking at the suppression of alternatives like locally owned and operated biodiesel bus/minivans, any diesel engine run off biodiesel veggie oil is a challenge to the Greyhound monopoly. The current military occupation of Iraq and possible future invasion of Syria for underground petroleum extraction is part of the petroleum dynasty enforced by Greyhound monopoly..

Haiti is possibly the target of a US military invasion planning to relocate forces into the Carribean for invasion of Columbia and offshore oil in the Gulf of Mexico. Since Bolivia, Columbia, Chiapas and other sensitive regions of Central America are targets for the FTAA/WTO sanctioned petrochemical corporations (also biotech, timber, etc.), we could see a build up of troops in the Carribean over the next few years, mirrored by the continued occupation and theft of Iraqi oil..

Biodiesel collectivo for peace and independence from Greyhound and petroleum monopoly..
