Dear High School Principals: (Monday May 24,2004 Spring 2004)
Representative Charles Rangle (D-NY) has introduced a thorough
military draft bill that will totally demolish higher education
in the United States if passed. It has a 50 per cent chance of
passing within the next four years. Charles Rangles military draft will
not have any educational exemptions at all. There are lower standards
for civilian slave labor alternative service than for military service
so even disabled boys in wheelchairs will be drafted for two years just
like everyone else. The bill is H.R. 163 of 108th congress.
Even though military leaders oppose the draft because troops who are
not there voluntarily will not pay attention to detail and avoid killing
civilians, there are a minority of recruiters who secretly favor a draft
because they are below their quota and do not care about collateral
damge. Those recruiters who favor a draft are a minority that is well
hidden because they will not all admit that they favor a draft.
The biggest collateral damage from a military draft will be the postponement
of higher education at least until age 26 including closing all
universities and community colleges for at least 8 years.
At least 25 per cent of draftees will begin their service at age 24.
Those who enlist volunarily at age 18 for two or four or six years have an
8 year obligation if they start under age 26. The remainder of the 8 years
is spent in reserve status where they may be re-drafted.
High school clases such as geometry or advanced algebra and science
classes that are electives for college bound students will suffer very
low enrollment under a draft and college prep High school classes may
be canceled during the entire U.S. military draft.
High school boys are not going to like the draft because Islamic
extremists have developed a torture primarily for draftees in which
all of a draftees skin is removed and the draftee is left to suffer
and die a terrible draftee death.
All high school principals should warn recruiters that they will be banned
from high school campuses for a time period of three times longer than
the time the U.S. military draft lasts. If there is a 20 year draft
military recuiters will be banned from all high school campuses for 60
years as punishment. U.S. military recruiters who want continued access
to high schools have a duty to lobby Congress to vote against all military
draft bills including Charles Rangles H.R. 163. Recruiting on high
school property is a privelege that will be revoked if the draft is
reinstated in any form.
High school boys in student government are going to vote to punish
military recruiters if a draft passes anyway so they certainly will
not benifit from recuiting at high schools when there is a draft.
All college prep classes will be boycotted if there is a draft.
All JROTC classes will be boycotted if there is a draft.
