President sez: "Eat More Beef!"

Bush tells Americans to keep eating beef
Jan. 2nd, 2004. AP

FALFURRIAS, Texas -- U.S. President George W. Bush shot quail on a hunting trip yesterday but ate beef and encouraged Americans to do the same despite concern over mad cow disease.

"I think I shot five," Bush told reporters at Brooks County Airport after returning from the hunt with his father on a dusty and desolate stretch of land in southern Texas.

The president said Americans should feel comfortable eating beef while Agriculture Department officials try to prevent any mad cow outbreak in the wake of the discovery of an infected Holstein in Washington state.

Yeah, and it hasn't affected his brain, has it? Well, maybe I ought to re-phrase that. He's not as bad off as Ronnie Reagan yet - doesn't that prove that beef can't be all bad?

The flowchart has to be that big because if it was

Nope. Not up to it. even at max resolution, that image is way too big to be of any use.

In addition, what I can bear to scroll through seems to be simply a generic flowchart describing the process of determining the nature of a virus in general. No specific virus. And...it's from 1972...certainly long before anyone had published any investigations on HIV.

How about posting it a bit smaller. I don't want to save and reduce.

What you're saying is that in 1970, this HOUSE subcommittee caim to the conclusion AND published it in plain English that the ARMY (It actually says.."the army") requisitioned the creation of the "AIDS" virus.

Is that actually what you're saying?

Even though the virus is HIV and not AIDS.
Even though AIDS , the disease caused by HIV hadn't even occurred in the US yet, certainly not to the point that it would lead to a Senate hearing.

By the way, since AIDS, the term, was coined in the early eighties, it's pretty amazing that this subcommittee was clairvoyant enough to release a one page document convieneiently naming the disease that which we all refer to it today.

Thanks for the link but this document is INCREDIBLY dubious. And that's being kind.

By 1977 27,818 liters of oncogenic (cancer causing) virus material had been manufactured that year by Litton Bionetics under contract # (N01-CO-25423) initiated 1972. A portion of this complimented Merck Pharmaceutical experimental Hepatitis B vaccine batch 751 that was given to thousands of male homosexuals in Manhattan in 1978. It later complimented the “smallpox” vaccination given to over 93 million in Africa alone. (Previously sited part 1 The Times article May 11,1987 the front page of the London Times reported “smallpox vaccine triggers AIDS virus "WHO [the World Health Organization] murdered Africa".) This does not even touch the vaccinations in Haiti, Brazil and Southern Japan.

I was never "gone" - simplistic thinking fails

by Hex anon w/ encryption Sunday, Jan. 04, 2004 at 9:07 AM

I've simply been ghosting the whole time

HIV doesn't cause AIDS - that's true.

AIDS is immune system dysfunction caused by many
things, with pesticides, toxins and heavy metal toxicity being the main causes.

*Once the immune system is weakened* a person
can aquire the HIV virus which further damages thier
immune system in a downward spiral...

AIDS is a smokescreen to hide the fact that the
thousands of chemicals we allow into the enviroment
(approx 60,000 and counting) without safety testing
are slowly killing us and all life on earth.

I was going over it the other day - we've screwed up
EVERYTHING with pollution.

1.) the air. ozone layer, smog, greenhouse gasses,
man-made radiation (fallout)

2.) the water. pollution and depletion of fresh water
supplies, acid rain, dumping toxins in the ocean

3.) the land. pollution/landfills/run-off, soil loss,
groundwater pollution, radioactive wastes

the uranium problem is really bad - all the areas
shelled with uranium will remain radioactive forever

uranium is more toxic than lead not even considering
the radiation.

they've been using dirty depleted and non-depleted
uranium all along and lying about it. This is a very
important news story that should have front page
coverage at all times !

they've been practicing low-level nuclear aggression
using this radioactive waste. normally this waste
must be safely held in isolation at storage facilities
forever since it's half-life is billions of years

they found a way to get around that by using this
nuclear waste as weapons in other parts of the world

some of this goes into the atmosphere as dust and
gets dispersed all over the world raising the overall
background radiation level for everyone.

ANY increase in radiation directly reduces your life
expectancy - there's a direct relationship between the two.

this means shelling *anywhere* in the world with
nuclear waste is actually shelling everywhere

It turns out the american population is the single
biggest threat to the human race's survival (that was a
shocker !) and immigates are a large part of this
problem but due to totally different reasons than the
anti-immigration people think.

they are because *this country* is the biggest threat,
and everyone living in this counry either already born
here or immigrating here becomes part of this threat.

the fact that they are comming *here* makes it bad,
because the USA it'self is the problem (we consume
far too much energy and resources considering what
percent of the world population we consist of)

Our dependance on such dirty energy is what is
leading to the 3'rd world war which is now at our
doorstep thanks to the global elite and thier puppet
bush.

They plan on killing off as many of us as possible so
they can use up what's left of the earth's resources for
themselves.

8 out of 10 of us will be killed over the next few decades...

By the time the conditioned drugged-by-TV sheeple
wake up and react it will be too late for while we can
and will mobilize and overthrow the present system,
there will be no food or water by then to survive.

We will simply starve to death on our own - the elite
don't have to directly kill us, mother nature will *do it for
them*

The specific intent of mass media is to keep us
ignorant to such facts until it's too late - they have a
long record of doing exactly this.

Even if we set up our own national networks of
TV/radio stations NOW and were able to start getting
the word out right away it's *already too late* - global
warming is already well underway and is *irreversible*
at this point. Billions will die of starvation and
disease. The elite won't have to have armies go
around and exterminate us - nature will do it for them.

Timing is everything. The point of no return was 30
years ago - most people didn't even know what global
warming WAS back then, thanks to our friends the
mass media.

What the media doesn't realize is this massive die-off
INCLUDES THEM.

This will be the greatest extinction of life on earth in
65.million years

We will become the fossil fuel to people of the distant
future

(fossil fuel is 50 percent animal matter)

All of this is already in motion with no way of stopping it...

As a small sample of things to come, millions of
people will die this summer from the heat.

Winter has already ceased to exist in some areas - I
am running my air conditioner in the dead of winter
because insted of being below freezing outside it's
warm - almost HOT. What little coldness we are
seeing now is *only due to the ice caps melting*,
once they are gone it will *never* be cold again, it will
range from warm to hot in the "winter" (it already is
here) to deadly heat in the summer, with temps over
110 degrees (it already does that here)

This kind of heat kills everything, crops, livestock, fish,
trees. Vast areas will become desert and there will
be no water to drink much less irragate with. It takes
energy to purify or obtain water, which we are running
out of with no viable substitute in sight.

All the alternative energy forms will either cease to
function or consume more energy to produce the
materials for than they give back.

(solar heat will be rendered useless by constant
cloudyness, winds will die down to nothing excepting
damaging storms with wind turbines taking more
energy to produce the materials than they give back.

hydrogen and ethanol are scams, nuclear ruins the
earth forever with deadly radiation.

the only usable form of energy will be geo-thermal, but
this will serve only a tiny fraction of the earth's
population's energy needs. We might be able to use
tidal power is storms don't destroy the equipment but
again this is only a small part of the energy needed

If solar holds out (if the earth doesn't become overcast
as predicted) water and power can be obtained along
with air conditioning from just solar heat (solar cells
are NOT practical, it takes far too much energy to
produce them and they are fragile, plus even if every
rooftop was covered with them we still wouldn't come
close to meeting our present energy needs.)

A combination of all usable forms of alternative energy
could partially meet our needs, but when you factor in
the energy consumsion of having to grow our food in
air conditioned greenhouses this makes even this
optimalistic picture bleak as most of the world's
population will still die of starvation.

Resources we take for granted like clean water and
food will become more valuable than gold

And how many people can afford that ?

The penalty of not affording is death however

if you want feel-good "news" watch TV

by Hex anon w/ encryption Sunday, Jan. 04, 2004 at 9:50 AM

Good news is an artificial drug used to keep you
asleep until the dying begins and nothing more.

If you prefer cold comfort to change I'm afraid the future
doesn't look too bright for you.

If however you are - like me - looking into the future to
deal with these problems NOW before they sneak up
and bite you on the ass, you may well survive to see
this unfolding

Otherwise you'll probably end up a statistic

Good news is un-real. Our appitite for it has brought us to
where we are now, dis-connected from reality and the
*problems we ourselves created*, not even caring to know about
them much less deal with them.

Addicted to "good news" to the extent nothing else compares.

A constant diet of "fist pounding entertainment" while brain cells die,
to stave off depression...

I meet bad news head-on, deal with it, have true happyness
from within and immunity from depression while you glut yourself on
artifical unreal lies desperately grasping for
happyness and security from without

When the real world fails to perform to your expectations
you become sarcastic as if that will protect you from
the cruel realities ahead.

cheer up !

that means a new human project

by Sheepdog Sunday, Jan. 04, 2004 at 11:18 AM

Massive reforestation and serious investigation into tapping clean energy ( there are fantastic quantities of it) while getting real about energy and material consumption. It will take a cultural, almost spiritual revolution. Perhaps a few more nasty consequences from our addiction to the false self indulgence we have been herded into by decades of corporate propaganda will provide the slap to the face we as a people need to wake up. Or maybe achieve sanity about life and real worth not wealth.

materials and equipment

by Hex anon w/ encryption Sunday, Jan. 04, 2004 at 12:59 PM

the fatal flaw in alternate energy sources is this :

it takes fantastic amounts of energy *in the first place* to mine the minerals, transport them, refine them.

Then huge amounts of energy is needed to fabricate the raw materials into useable forms.

Electronics being a good example (since I know them), the amount of energy it takes to grow the pure silicon crystals alone, then they are polished and sliced, then the process of doping and etching multible times, then testing and packaging...

Slicing alone loses nearly half the crystal which took so much energy to grow, as sawdust.

Metal refining is much the same using blast furnaces, or electric arc (millions of Watts)

When you count the total cost in energy, then subtract the amount of energy these devices/systems give back in return before they wear out, you'll see that all this "good news" about alternative energy is hype.

This doesn't even touch on other important issues like pollution, raw material availability, WATER used, profitability (a concern for companies to bankroll this)

There's no magic answer to the energy corner we've backed ourselves into.

Only a combination of major population reduction and viable alternative energy sources plus our best efforts and ideas will even ensure a modest survival of our world. (we're not talking about just the human race here - we've ruined it for *all* life on earth)

Genetic diversity is required for survival, when a lifeform gets down to too small a population it will die out on it's own *anyway* - this dooms nearly all forms of life on earth in the long term including us.

Science and technology is not a cure-all or fix-all. Matter of fact the record shows they are mostly responsible for the damage in the first place (in the form of warfare)

People tend to have blind faith in science just as they do with religion. People in science have a different perspective and are alarmed at the direction we are going. Science if anything else has proven that it *can't* solve the very worst problems it creates in the first place, and that for some problems there *is* no technical solution at all.

Simple knowledge doesn't cut it when it comes to real life - wisdom is required. And I'm sad to report it's in extremely short supply as well.

alternative energy

by Sheepdog Sunday, Jan. 04, 2004 at 2:12 PM

Don't brush this one off so quick.
As I have proposed a few times in the past, there is a non polluting
source of energy and it has been known about for decades.
Energy from the solar wind has created an awesome voltage
potential, separated by the dielectric of the atmosphere between
the earth and the ionosphere. This could be taped in a number of
ways from using lasers to form ionized current pathways where
the resulting discharge could be fed into the earth's field
resonance, Tesla style to using an orbital 'skyhook' ( tyeing down a
satellite in geosynchronis orbit to use the tether as the current
carrier) the main problem being the limit of current usage not to
exceed the natural bleed off of charged partials into space which
would deplete the overall charge of the ionosphere.
