Community colleges bathrooms closed by war

by Eric Matteson Monday, Feb. 23, 2004 at 2:57 PM
ericmatteson2003november@hotmail.com

CCMENSROOMS
Dear community colleges in the United States:
Count the number of mens restrooms that have two or more sit
down toilets for this comparison. Are at least 80 per cent of
the mens large restrooms unlocked at each community college
campus ?? If not, It is because the federal government has
failed to keep its promise to support education including
community colleges and universities in addition to K-12
If all the public toilets are not unlocked at particular
community colleges the federal govenment MUST BE PUNISHED
for failing to repair and unlock mens public toilets by
removing all pointers to selective service registrations
website that is almost spelled http://www.ssa.gov
but has a third s instead of an a in the ssa portion
from that community colleges or universities or high
schools website
Selective Service registration beuracracy has recieved
a waste of federal money to register men to be drafted
to steal foriegn oil with federal money that should have
been used to repair and unlock mens bathrooms
at community college campuses in the United States
Community college websites are no longer obligated to give
selective service free advertising on thier websites because
the no child left behind act has failed to maintain toilets for
students at any educational place in the United States.
If you are a webmaster at any educational place where more
than 20 per cent of the mens toilets are out of order or
locked please PUNISH THE FEDERAL GOVERNMENT by refusing to
continue to advertise selective service registration on
your website untill all student restrooms are repaired and
unlocked. Remove all links to selective service NOW!!

Restore community college funding

by Eric Matteson Tuesday, Aug. 24, 2004 at 7:29 AM
ericmatteson2003november@otmail.com

Dear California Voters: (Monday, August 23,2004)
Governor Gray Davis made a budget that was bad
for community colleges. He first reduced funding for
community colleges. most bathrooms are locked and
broken computers are not being repaired.
Last year Governor Gray Davis asked the legislature for
a series of fee increases for community college students.
Fall 2003 increase fees from $11.00 per credit to $18.00
per credit for in state students.
Then Fall 2004 increase in state fees to $26.00 per credit.
In 2003 some computer science classes were canceled because
of low enrollment resulting from Gray Davises cuts. Gray Davis
was RECALLED as a result.
----------------------------------------------------------------------
Governor Arnold Shwartzenegger made a mistake in his budget
in 2004. He asked the legislature to increase dog pound funding
to have dogs that nobody likes and have even been rejected by
their own owners live for six days instead of only three before
being humanely euthanized.
Dogs that nobody likes that have even been rejected by their own
owners are a stupendous waste of scarce state money.
-------------------------------------------------------------------
Instead of wasting state money on dog pounds for additional
time for dogs that nobody likes, Governor Arnold Schwartzenegger
should ask the state legislature to restore funding for
Californias 109 community colleges and
also undo Gray Davises fee increases
by changing the $26.00 per unit fee back to the $11.00 per unit
fee. Many students at community colleges are even poorer than I am
and could benifit from resetting the fee to only $11.00 per unit.
-------------------------------------------------------------------
Community colleges have been mortally crippled by the Gray Davis
budget. Classes have been canceled and many bathrooms have been locked
and most of Californias 109 community colleges face immediate closure
altogether.
I am asking Californias voters here today to restore the budget
for community colleges in California.
Priority Items for the Fall 2004 semester that starts August 30th
2004 are :
Advanced Math classes Math 260 and higher. The space program needs
advanced Algebra and Calculus.
Computer PROGRAMMING classes such as the C language and assembler
languages are also a higher priority than most.
Please use your power as a voter to save Community Colleges and
Universities in California.
It is extremely unfair to require Students to be the only ones who
suffer the entire burden of the Californias budget cutting.

Ammend proposition 98

by Eric Matteson Sunday, May. 28, 2006 at 10:15 AM
ericmatteson2003november@hotmail.com

Vote to reduce funding for bad schools

Written by Voter Eric Matteson on May 2006
I have been attending one of Californias 109
communnity colleges because I am not yet able to
afford private school.
Starting in Spring 2005 the communnity colleges
in California have begun to hire too many janitors.
It is getting harder and harder to find an unlocked
mens toilet at communnity colleges during breaks of
evening classes and after evening class ends.
For example, on Tuesday night at 8:45 P.M. May 23,2006
the mens restroom at upstairs CE was locked and the
mens restroom at building B-7 was locked and
the janitors were getting ready to lock a third
mens room as well.
A majority of required classes at communnity college
including advanced math and physics and computer science
are offered only at the time of 6:45 P.M. to 10:00 P.M.
there are no daytime sections of most advanced classes.
The restrooms at building B-2 have had out of order signs
on them for several months because the administration
has been wasting money hiring additional janitors
instead of hiring needed plumbers to fix broken plumming.
The computer science department recently canceled two of
its daytime classes because the communnity college beleives
that computer science classes should only be offered at night
6:45 to 10:00 P.M. I have finally figured out that the reason that most or all
of the mens restrooms are already locked for the rest of the
night before night classes have finished is because
too many janitors have been hired because Californias 109
communnity colleges are getting too much money from
proposition 98.
I have heard on the radio that far too many high school
students seeking graduation are unable to pass the very easy
high school exit exam. It is probable that high school
employees beleive that the state will still pay them the
full ammount of money even if the students do not learn
anything.

I am hoping that the voters of the state of California
will vote to ammend proposition 98 to allow the governor
a range of funding from 25 to 60 per cent of the state
budget instead of a fixed 50 per cent of the state budget
for education so that the elected governor will be able
to punish bad communnity colleges that have hired too many
janitors and reward good schools.
Lack of accountability is causing poor quality education
that leads to outsourcing because employers are unable to find
educated employees in the United States especially in California.

Please reopen communnity college restrooms

Scene in a 7th-heaven episode

Written by Eric Matteson on Monday, September 18,2006
Starship Enterprise Captian Kirk and Dr. Leonard McCoy
and Reverend Eric Camden are in
the staff briefing room. Dr. McCoy is holding a big notebook that
he had gotten from Dr. Flox
MCOY
Dr. Flox has provided a report on scanning results
from California communnity college restrooms.
There are new strains of terrible bacteria that
not only resist antibiotics but also resist
the strongest cleaning chemicals that are available to janitors.
Dr. Flox did verify that those mens restrooms with
at least two sit down toilets called commodes
are safe for men with normal immune systems
because human immune systems still kill those
strains of bacteria whenever their density is
below overload threshold
CAMDEN
Sometimes janitors start early before night classes finish
and lock up most or all of the mens restrooms.
KIRK
what if a janitor says to use a bathroom with only one toilet?
MCCOY
Vomiting and death. When the janitors direct all men to
only one toilet germs are concentrated in that one toilet
instead of being spread out among several toilets.
It is like swimming in the ocean when the beach closed
sign says that there are too many bacteria per cubic
micrometer of water.
KIRK
Dr. Flox has asked Californias 109 communnity colleges to
keep restrooms open with at least two sit down toilets.
What is YOUR prescription??
MCCOY
Even though two sitdown toilets divide the germ density
enough for those men with normal immune systems some men
who are enrolled in evening classes at communnity colleges
6:45 to 10:00 P.M. have very weak immune systems. I, Dr.
Leonard McCoy do herby upgrade the prescription to keep
communnity college restrooms including mens rooms with
at least four sit down toilets called commodes unlocked
at least until 10:30 P.M. Monday through Thursday nights.
CAMDEN
At GlenOak Communnity College the three mens restrooms
that need to be unlocked until 10:30 P.M. are B-7 and B-2
and A-3. If a janitor wants to lock B-7 early he or she
should FIRST UNLOCK the mens room in B-2 or A-3
and put up a sign that says which large mens room is
UNLOCKED instead of just a closed for cleaning sign on B-7.

MCCOY
What if a communnity college complains that their biology
department is unable to confirm Starfleet doctors scanner
results about numbers of germs per toilet with extremely
primitive equipment even more primitive than stone knives
and bear skins ?
KIRK
This is captain James T. Kirk of the starship enterprise.
I beleive that it is extremely unfair for Hollywood Scriptwriters
and men who are taking classes at community colleges who
resemble Hollywood scriptwriters to have to wait in line to use
the toilet at night.
I fully support Dr. Leonard McCoys MEDICAL ORDER to keep
communnity college restrooms including large mens rooms unlocked
at least until 10:30 P.M. Monday through Thursday nights

6:45 to 10:00 P.M. is the most common time of most required
communnity college classes

Janitors are unfairly locking mens rooms at communnity colleges

by Eric Matteson Saturday, Oct. 07, 2006 at 8:18 AM
ericmatteson2003november@hotmail.com

+

Increase educational requirements for janitors

Scince September 11th, 2001 there have been numerous
complaints from communnity college students and voters
that janitors have been locking up most or all mens restrooms
at Californias communnity colleges before classes finish at
10:00 P.M.
The most likely cause of the problem is that those janitors
dropped out of high school and are locking up the communnity
college restrooms before classes are finished because they
do not respect education
I am requesting that applicants who apply for the job of
janitor at any communnity college first pass the High School
Exit Examination in Math and English to prove the educational
qualification for the job of janitor.
An alternative to the High School Exit Examination is passing
BOTH Math 125 or higher Math class with a C or better AND
passing English 28 or English 101 to prove equivelence with
High School skills.
I believe that those janitors who have FINISHED HIGH SCHOOL
or have passed both Math 125 or higher with a C or better and
passed English 28 or higher will respect education far more
than high school drop outs and they will UNLOCK THE RESTROOMS
in B-2 or A-3 BEFORE locking B-7 and put a sign on B-7s doors
indicating which restrooms including which large
mens rooms are unlocked.
It is very unfair to lock up all of the restrooms and
it is very unfair to require all male communnity college
students to wait in line for only one sit down toilet.
Most required communnity college classes are taught only
between 6:45 and 10:00 P.M. at night. Please keep the
large restrooms open until 10:30 P.M.
Please reopen the large restrooms at night by terminating
the employment of those communnity college janitors who are
not as well educated as High School graduates.

Too many sections of Math 105 at Communnity Colleges

by Eric Matteson Sunday, Nov. 05, 2006 at 12:22 PM
ericmatteson2003november@hotmail.com

-> Dear California voters and workers ( November 3, 2006 )
Classes for CSU transfer students are being canceled at communnity
colleges in California because of low enrollment.
Enrollment is low in transferable courses because they are
offered only at night 6:45 to 10:00 P.M. only and
the janitors usually show up early and lock up most or
all of the bathrooms before classes finish at 10:00 P.M.
To make matters worse, Californias 109 communnity colleges
have hired at least three times as many janitors as are
needed. I wish military recruiters would try harder to
pursuade those 2/3 of janitors that are not needed that
the U.S. military is a much better job than the one they
have now at the communnity college.
It is impossible to schedule CSU transferable classes during
the daytime because High School dropout classes occuppy all
communnity college classrooms during the daytime.
I as voter have come up with an idea to restore college
transferable classes to communnity colleges even during the
highly popular daytime hours.
Vote for or impose a LIMIT of the number of sections of
High School drop out classes that take up valuble daytime class
space. The following High School drop out classes shall be linited
to just ONE SECTION EACH in the daytime at each of Californias
109 communnity colleges --
Computer Science 901 introduction to computers and their use(was 3).
English 020A college reading skills (was 2)
English 021 English fundamentals (NDA) (was 4)
Mathematics 105 arithmetic ( NDA ) (was 2)
Mathematics 112 pre-algebra ( NDA ) (was 5)
--------------------------------------------------
Those five High School drop out classes above took up
16 daytime classrooms in the Fall 2006 catalog.
Eleven daytime classroom positions will be available
after the one section per High School drop out class rule
is imposed or passed by voters.
One can be given to Math 262 to restore its daytime section
Two more can go to make advanced math available in the daytime.
Four daytime sections can be given to computer programming
classes.
Four more can be allocated as desired.
----------------------------------------------------------
The janitors might be locking up all the bathrooms early
because they lack discipline. Janitors should be fired
whenever they show up for work before 10:30 P.M.
Janitor jobs should be given to needy members of the
Army National Gaurd who have at least six months experience
in the National Guard who need jobs.
Military recruiters should begin to visit janitors at communnity
college campuses and keep the projectors running untill 11:00 P.M.
so janitors will be watching mandatory military recruiting films
while classes are still in session plus one hour after instead
of locking the bathrooms early.
Janitors really could earn more money in Iraq than they are
earning at Californias communnity colleges and the Iraq war
has a low casulty rate. It is SAFER serving in Iraq
than driving to work in Californias traffic.
Just Ask any recruiter if you have any questions.

Remove Golf Carts from Community College Sidewalks

by Eric Matteson Friday, Apr. 23, 2010 at 2:31 PM

Episode of Everybody Hates Chris

Copyright C 2010 by Eric Matteson. Permission is granted to copy the html text version of this script and to publish it on the Internet. Non-profit uses including student films are also allowed.

Scene 1 speech class.
TEACHER Todays speeches are about a WHAT IF scenareo.
Who is ready ?? (Greg goes to the podium at the front of the class).
GREG

There are golf carts being driven by communnity college employees all over sidewalks and lawns all over campus. It is very unfair to run over a student while driving outside of the street!! My what if speech is WHAT IF a student is run over by a golf cart. That student is severely injured and ends up in a wheelchair. Pretend that that student in a wheelchair has computer skills that are greater than Ferris Buelers computer skills in the War Games movie. Pretend that he is taking physics class lab online. At a meeting with another student just before the last physics experiment performed on Earth.

Making important dscoveries in physics requires smashing
small numbers of protons together at almost exactly the speed
of light. In my online physics experiment with the largest
atom smasher on Earth I am readjusting distribution of force so
that we push a small number of protons at very high speed instead
of dividing that precious force among a very large number of protons
traveling at a much slower speed.

What if a black hole is created that swallows up the Earth ??
is this proposed experiment unsafe ??

If safety were important the State of California would not have
hired employees to drive golf carts on the sidewalk and run me over
and put me in this wheelchair. Before the accident I tried to talk
to school employees about getting golf carts into the street but
those employees did not do anything to help becuase everybody
beleives that saftey is unimportant. This wheelchair is PROOF
that saftey is unimportant.
Watch this experiment begin
.
(on the computer screen the atom smasher proton beam becomes
much narrower so force is applied to a much smaller mass so
a much higher acceleration of protons is acheived before they collide.)
And then there
is a series of Earthquakes as peices of rock swirl around and then
enter a black hole. When the experiment is finished all of Earth
fits inside a event horizon sphere less than two centimeters wide!!
In conclusion a golf cart accident in which a student is unfairly
run over by a golf cart on a lawn or sidewalk will result in
ALL OF EARTH BEING DESTROYED !!
(Scene 2 after speech class) CHRIS That was a nice speech. GREG Chris, I need your help. Pretty please talk to somebody about
getting rid of golf carts. There have been numerous near misses
when I have almost been unfairly run over by golf carts being driven on
lawns and sidewalks here on campus and in City Parks.
CHRIS
But wahat can I do ??
GREG
Actually, quite a bit. You were elected class president.
CHRIS
But I was impeached!!
GREG
Just yesterday, at the student government election, you got some
write in votes for student community college trustee because
you are a celebrity around here a lot of people are relying on.
The speech teacher says that your speech is tommorrow at the
beginning of class.
(scene 3 speech class next day) Chris is at the podium in front of the class. The teacher checks
the microphone adjustment.
CHRIS You all heard Gregs speech yesterday. If I got run over by a golf
cart on a sidewalk I would be very angry. I would not blame anyone
for destroying the Earth after being run over outside of the street.
I would like to go one step beyond that. All of us students should do
OUR PART to demand the elimination of Golf carts from this campus
or at least confine them to the streets. because students should
have a right to walk across campus on sidewalks and lawns
without being run over by school employees.
1 ) Law enforcement agencies including untrained security guards
and the gestapo and the county sheriff department need to have their
troops WALK THEIR PATROL ROUTES instead of continuing to drive
outside of the streets.
2 ) The Audio Visual Department that supplies this speech class
is a leader because they use unpowered
hand carts that do not run over pedestrians instead of using golf carts.
All of the various workers need to STOP USING GOLF CARTS outside
of the streets.
3 ) The great big High Speed Shuttle golf carts need to
remain in the street. Their state funding is ONLY for severely
handicapped students. I am sick and tired of seeing shuttles
full of NON-HANDICAPPED-STUDENTS being driven on sidewalks all over
this campus.

4 ) I am dissapointed in ALL OF YOU STUDENTS. How many of you have complained to the student government after near misses when you almost got run over by a golf cart on a sidewalk ?? How many of you who have ridden on golf carts have asked the driver to KEEP IT OFF OF THE SIDEWALKS!! The drivers are from foreign nations that have NO TRAFFIC LAWS but all of you community college students should know that it is wrong to drive on sidewalks because it is unfair to pedestrians. If the driver puts the cart on a sidewalk never ride on it
ever again.
If you are not extremely handicapped do not ride in a golf cart.
Could we begin by removing golf carts from the west side of Albert Vera Drive sidewalk and remove them from Freshman Drive sidewalk between Albert Vera Drive and Overland so pedestrians can walk onto the campus without being run over ?? It is very unfair to drive golf carts on sidewalks on both
sides of Albert Vera Drive because even a communist country should
reserve the sidewalk on at least one side of the street for
pedestrians.

Every student should lobby the student government to get rid
of golf carts.

Some of you have asked my position on the proposed community college FEE INCREASE for Fall 2010. I beleive that it is very unfair to continue to raise fees on CSU and UC students to pay the state for gasoline for High Speed Shuttle golf carts for lazy community college students to ride on while those lazy community college students refuse to pay their fair share. In order to be fair to CSU students FEES at community colleges should be exactly equal to CSU fees. To be fair to CSU students, CSU fees should be reduced to what community college students can afford because BOTH FEES SHOULD BE THE SAME. the presigeous UC system will remain high cost to keep unqualifed poor bums out of the UC network. Student fees already have to be increased because LAZY COMMUNITY COLLEGE STUDENTS have failed to quiclky shut down the dangerous golf carts a long time ago. Students can still reduce the rate of increase on student fees by:: 1 )lobbying the student government to stop school employees from driving on lawns and sidewalks. 2 )Students who are not handicapped must NOT ride the High Speed Shuttle golf carts. If you see another student on a golf cart who is not handicapped please talk to them about it. They are causing YOUR fees to increase too especially when those golf carts drive on sidewalks. 3 )lobby the student government to reduce the number of janitors so mens restrooms will be open all day and all night whenever school is open. If you get locked out of a bathroom by an extra janitor YOUR student fees will be increased to pay that uneeded extra janitors salary. 4 ) any accident in which any pedestrian is run over on a sidewalk or lawn by any community college employee could trigger a federal civil rights lawsuit that will CLOSE ALL 109 of Californias community colleges and the victim in a wheelchair will have a second amendment right to destroy the Earth if the military atom smasher technology is advanced enough during that victims remaining lifetime.

Problems with golf carts continue

by Eric Matteson Sunday, May. 30, 2010 at 10:54 AM
ericmatteson2003november@hotmail.com

Because of the fact that there are still far too many near misses
with golf carts that have still not quit driving on sidewalks I have
written a article REQUESTING A CHANGE OF CONFIGURATION
at the big atom smasher so fewer protons at a time will be accelerated
to even higher velocities when the upgrade is performed.
