Does the presence of a soul enhance or decrease the prospect of survival or security? This question is just one of those questions like why are we loosing our world to terror and greed?
Do you feel the hunger or the pain of something not of your personal concern?
The convince of lacking a soul. You know, the energy that couples all living (native Americans felt in in the mountains and rivers) things together. It is a life with many rewards in sensual pleasantries, even passion. All with out the echo of a conscience because it passes through these individuals like light through glass. The energy, I mean, call it what you will. They say they sang the stone of the pyramids into place and similar legends of this energy exists, in all the religions.
Following their god of Mammon, they have flown free of commons with the masses they regard as personal property to be acquired. Or discarded. They seem to never feel the pain or terror that result from their greed from this unsane never satiated compulsion towards ever more intrinsically diminishing personal gain. They deserve pity and therapy. Unfortunately they have acquired with this power of property, the reins of our government in their squabbelings for never ending graspings for more. This has gone on a long time. Maybe from the beginning. Certainly at the heart of our revolution from Briton. It might require a cultural change to pull the sails on this system. Maybe it's just another lead wine jar effect and the useless layer of scum at the top of the pond that is choking the light and life from our collective pond will just kill themselves off and do us humans and dogs a favor. We don't need them they need us.Unfortunately they have acquired with this power of property, the reins of our government in their squabbelings for never ending graspings for more.
