i) Open Publishing is Dead

The death of the IMC Open Publishing Network is not the result of natural causes but the result of betrayal; the betrayal of the promise of Seattle, and the principles that brought it to life.

The IMC Network is past crisis; it has adopted the logic of conformity, security and exclusion, and must now follow it to its logical conclusion.

As we said before, logic is a poor substitute for reason and critical thought.

Now, the Network has no choice: censor everything or nothing. There is no in-between. It's either "Open Publishing" or it's not. It should be obvious, by now, what it isn't.

ii) "Uncensored" IMCLF Posts Contain "Hidden" Criticism Of The NYC IMC Editorial Collective

For some time now, the NYC IMC editorial collective has been busy ruthlessly censoring overt IMCLF communications from readers, in some cases going so far as to delete titles and entire texts from the "hidden" archive.

Meanwhile, also for some time now, the exact same editorial collective has unknowingly "permitted" numerous posts from the IMCLF to remain on the wire unmolested.

Long ago we anticipated the censors and took the initiative to conceal ourselves accordingly.

The examples of permitted posts that follow are complete fictions, absurd and irrelevant but "acceptable" stories, entirely concocted to by-pass the 24/7 censor bureau's detection.

Don't think for a moment that's the only way we have gotten our messages across, despite the constant efforts of the NYC IMC censorship bureau.

From here on, you will never know which stories the IMCLF submitted.

From here on, you will never know whether or not you have put our work on the front page, left it standing on the wire or sent it to the trash bin.

You will never be able to calculate the damage you have done until it rises up, knocks you down and slays you with the same recklessness you've shown toward so many others.

4th POG PsyOps

The rapid and progressive demise of Indymedia follows a classic pattern of scientific behavior modification, business and opinion management techniques (4th POG PsyOps: see below), starting at the core of influence and radiating outward, designed to undermine the principles and practice of the Open Publishing Network through a process of incremental control and erosion.

The IMCLF has tried our best to raise the alert. There's nothing more we can do - short of sabotage - since we advocate neither crime nor violence.

NYC IMC operatives have tried their best to smear the efforts of the IMCLF for only one reason: The IMCLF advocates free-speech, Open Publishing and the principles of "community-based participatory media."

There is a simple method of outing Bush-League collaborators: they advocate censorship.

It's that simple.

Them KOBE Bastards ar eBehind This

It's those damn bastards from KOBE that are behind this. I understand they are running several IMC boards. It is entirely possible that they are a gov't operation sprying on American citizens who happen to be disidents.

I was contacted not long ago by the FBI regarding a post I made on the NYC IMC and within minutes my comments had generated hundreds of comments from this outfit called KOBE. Until then I never heard of them. I was specifically told by trhe agent that my activites on the internet had been, were and would continue to be monitored by this group and warned that it was best not to mention the fact I was contacted by the FBI or even mention the hundreds of emails I received from Kobe this, Kobe that.

My system was hacked and thousands of dollars of damage were done. Much of my work from my own business was lost and is now unretrievable. My hard drive was written over completely with the words" KOBE RULZ, GET OUT OF THE USA NOW COMMIE"

I'm sick of Ashcroft and his Patriot Act, I've been targeted, harassed and now am under survelliance all because of my political views.

And to think that they could actually make good on their "Open Publishing" concept. Its laughable. Look to me like they will soon be no different than any other media outlet, spinning stories to suit their needs, and deleting those which do not.

KOBE is under investigation by the FBI. The FBI does not sponsor KOBE, work with KOBE, or have any relationship with KOBE. KOBE is the JDL.

KOBE is the Jewish Defense League. Ned Lyle is a member of the JDL. The JDL is a terrorist organization. The hard disks of computers repaired at Computers NLA are mined for personal data. The personal data is turned over to the JDL.

Ned Lyle maintains contacts with terrorist organizations in Israel. One of his employees sells drugs from Computers NLA. Computers NLA is used to launder the drug money. Profits from the drug money fund Computers NLA's illegal activities.

Emails intercepted from Computers NLA prove that Ned Lyle is in direct communication with various terrorist cells around the US.

The "FBI" post must be from that Stephen DeVoy nutcase! If all that shit he is saying was true then the real FBI would have shut him down by now, dontcha think? The JDL thing gives you away, as does the Ned Lyle thing. He's really a senior citizen, and there's no way he mines people's hard drives. I have been in the store myself. In fact, I went there in April because you said that there was going to be a protest there in May. You must have been joking about all that Mossad and JDL stuff then, just like now. What's the point?
