Not A Surpise!

by Ex-SEIU Staffer Thursday, Oct. 30, 2003 at 9:18 PM

This happens a lot with SEIU. The staff is treated awful. I've know staff that were treated so poorly that they've left union work altogether.

SEIU lies. It is in their culture.

Former SEIU 79 Organizer

by J. Lowery Tuesday, Nov. 09, 2010 at 4:46 PM

This article is true. My name is listed as well. What's even more unfortunate, the now "retired" Local 79 President at that time, had a meeting and intimadated those to give their money back to the union as award by the NLRB.

I kept mine...and left.

SEIU is nothing but a front for politics. I was idealistic enough to think they were their to help workers.

Quite sad.
