The students of CSULB today gave Arnold Schwarzenegger a hefty welcoming. The Austrian born actor believes that his fame and fortune can catapult him to become the Governor of California. Well today he got an Egg in the face....Below are direct qoutes from articles published by the Associated Press and CNN.
By Associated Press LONG BEACH, Calif. (AP) -- Arnold Schwarzenegger, skipping the first debate of California's recall election, was egged Wednesday on a university campus but went ahead with a speech in which he said he is running for governor to give back to a state that is responsible for all his success.
A thrown egg splattered on the back of his left shoulder as he waded through the crowd at California State University, Long Beach. An aide tried to wipe it off, but he simply peeled off his coat and went ahead with his speech.
By CNN “As he arrived on campus, Schwarzenegger was greeted by a crowd of young supporters, but one apparent opponent pelted the actor with an egg. Schwarzenegger was not harmed. He later joked about the incident, saying he needed bacon to go with the egg and he dismissed the incident as part of "free speech."

Maybe he would do a great job as governor. I mean he sure gave a great meaning to the word " grin and bear it." lol. Personally I think he would do great but that's just my opinion.

It made him look like a good guy. I have to wonder if it wasn't planned by his media people. It could have been staged.
The press should focus on the fact that he's unwilling to debate, and prefers controlled media environments. He should be criticized for not participating in one of the primary institutions of a democratic society.

WHomever hit arnold with the egg is so childish and it goes to show how stupid some of these left wingers are. Most of the Hispanic community doesnt seem to like him only because he supported prop 187. They are pissed because he wont fold and give them special treatment like they are used to. Anytime a politician wants to enforce immigration laws then the hispanic community gets into an uproar and labels them a racist. They are the ones being racist by thinking that they have the right to break the law without punishment. I respect arnold because he is an immigrant that did it the legal way. Most of the hispanics want to vote for Cruz Bustamante just because he is hispanic. They have no idea if he will be good or not but they want him because of his race, now to me that is being racial. I am hispanic myself but I am voting for Arnold which I think would be the best one for the job. Its not about race to me , I am not afraid to say it when people of my own race are wrong, I dont look the other way like they want it.

See, that's why some farmers (hispanic included) start shooting at illegal immigrants I'm also hispanic and I came in the US as an illegal alien. If they wouldn't make it so deam hard to do it legally there wouldn't be illegal aliens if you would know the struggle of coming here leaving everything behind.... that not even important what is is the fact that if some body says you can't to any group they will and shall uproar this is california home of the batos locos ( incliding the white, black, asian.... and the hispanic where every body has the right to seek a better life whether you like it or not if you try to stop them they shall kick your but ....
being an illegal immigrant doesn't mean criminal it means that polititians don't need you to vote for them it is all for their own benefit they want hispanics to work the fields we some times just play along.
pursuit of hapinees and freedom for us all.
