Looks like Dennis "Seabiscuit" Kookcinich is having some problems getting out of the starting gate.
Lieberman leads in South Carolina poll
The Associated Press
WASHINGTON -- Presidential candidate Joe Lieberman maintained a slim lead among likely Democratic primary voters in South Carolina, according to a survey released Friday.
The Connecticut senator had 13 percent support to 8 percent for Rep. Dick Gephardt of Missouri and Al Sharpton, according to the poll conducted by the Zogby Group. A larger percentage of South Carolinians - 42 percent - remain undecided.
John Edwards, a senator from neighboring North Carolina, and Sen. John Kerry of Massachusetts had 5 percent support. Former Vermont Gov. Howard Dean was at 4 percent, and Sen. Bob Graham of Florida and former Illinois Sen. Carol Moseley Braun were at 3 percent. Rep. Dennis Kucinich of Ohio was at zero percent.
Most of the campaigns acknowledged the polls only mean so much six months before the state's first-in-the-South primary Feb. 3.
But "every time South Carolina voters have been surveyed this year, Joe Lieberman has come out on top," said Lieberman campaign spokesman Adam Kovachevich. "He feels a kinship with South Carolina Democrats who, like him, are independently minded, committed to civil rights and are in favor of strong defense."
An American Research Group poll in April showed Lieberman with a 10-point lead over his closest rivals. A Zogby poll in March had showed Lieberman and Gephardt sharing the lead, with both in the low teens.
The latest Zogby poll of 501 likely primary voters was conducted July 26-30 and has an error margin of plus or minus 4.5 percentage points.
South Carolina holds its primary Feb. 3.

Leiberman should change parties. He supports the massive tax transfer from citizens to big military contractors, and the assorted industries of death. If you like big business as usual you'll love Leiberman who seems unable to challenge bush on anything from the theft of the presidency to the killing sprees in Afghanistan and Iraq.

Lieberman would be a big help to our economy. He could pick up where Bush would leave off, turning the USA even more into a Security state....more endless war, more war machinery ,more profits..."leave no Millionaire behind" .........nothing like Fear And War to keep the citizens compliant, and the profits rolling in! tim

Last year the SC Democrats spent all the money in their coffers to try and win the Governor's race, which they did NOT. Now they are as broke as a haint Saint. Being the good Republican that I am, and the fact that we all know who the Republican Presidential nominee will be this year, I have decided to help the Democrats out and vote in their Primary elections. I think I'm gonna voting for Al Sharpton.
Ha ha ha.

"....Now they are as broke as a haint Saint".
Are there any other pinheaded SC Republicans (pardon the redundancy) who can translate this into English?

Everyone goes around saying our media lies to us, they have their own unbiased payed for agenda and can't be trusted. Yet when it comes to Political Candidates these same people doen't seem to take this into consideration. IF we are willing to be bought and paid for by with the slick media bullshit that corporate funded Presidential campaigns can afford. Then we will just get more of the same.
Dennis Kucinich IS NOT ACCEPTING CORPORATE DONATIONS. Dennis Kucinich IS EXPECTING U.S. TO "HELP" TAKE BACK OUR COUNTRY. President Kucinich is a mandate from "The People" that the country IS NO LONGER FOR SALE.

http://www.thesaurus-dictionary.com/files/h/a/i/haint.html Haint is Southern slang for "have not", the same as "aint" is a southern contraction for "am not". Saints have historically taken vows of poverty, therefore a "haint Saint" is someone that claims to be virtuous and does not have to nickels to rub together. Much like the Democraps in South Carolina.

I grew up in S. Carolina. Grinding poverty, a near total oppressive racial divide and mean ignorant law enforcement. I remember one summer afternoon looking out the back porch and seeing a tornado on three points of the compass during a cooling thunderstorm. There are no unions in South Carolina. The civil war is still large in the minds of the poor whites that live off the ravished land after tobacco and lumber raped the environment leaving only the snakes ( every poisonous variety in the U.S. Thrives there) gnats and mono culture pine forests and poverty. All they have is their quaint language. Oh, they do have some fire flies to watch at night.

...simple grammar right, how can they be trusted to get his message across accurately?
"The Truth Won't Go Away, It Get's Stronger!"
I.e., "...It Get Is Stronger!"
Totally meaningless. Not unlike DK himself.
Perhaps the mind-control satellites are interfering with their editing skills. I suggest new tinfoil hats.
