This petition is served on behalf of the undersigned, and on behalf of all citizens of this country, whether aware or as yet unaware of the ubiquitous and alarming phenomena referred to as Chemtrails.

With each passing day, the number of those who become vividly conscious of anomalous aircraft activity, visibly and provably present, is increasing dramatically. As public awareness increases, the groundswell of voices demanding an explanation for this massive clandestine operation is inexorably building.

All of us who have been forced to spend our own time, energy and money to force disclosure as to the origin and purpose of this program are therefore intensifying our effort. All relevant officials at local, state federal levels have the legal and ethical obligation to investigate serious inquiries regarding this matter from deeply concerned individuals and groups.

There are, conservatively speaking, tens of thousands of United States citizens whose demand to know the cause and purpose of this phenomena is being repeatedly ignored. To continue to conveniently marginalize and dismiss with prejudice such a large and ever-growing number of public-spirited citizens will not be effective in stopping this campaign for full disclosure.

The present common strategy based on wholesale refusal to look at the evidence is highly unethical and cannot be maintained in a democratic society. Those who persist in declining to acknowledge irrefutable evidence will be held accountable for a serious breach of public trust.

Whatever government agency is ultimately responsible for this long-standing and highly secretive operation of questionable purpose(s) will certainly be subject to the inevitable judgment of the people of this country. Whether or not this secret program has been initiated and is being carried out from a motive of public benefit is entirely beside the point.

No government agency has the right to inflict secret experiments of any kind, based on any motive whatsoever, on an uninformed citizenry. It is a matter of public record that highly damaging government-sponsored experiments have been performed on the American public in recent history, and are continuing unabated, unregulated, and for the most part unsuspected.

Furthermore, the inordinate interest displayed by a long list of military and industrial organizations in our information, documented by the daily repeated visits to websites dedicated to archiving public accumulation of Chemtrail evidence, is, in and of itself, extremely provocative. Those whose positions we support with our tax dollars, whose responsibility it is to keep us informed and to protect us from harm, are, almost without exception, consistently failing to address our legitimate concerns. We who pay the salaries of the very same elected and appointed officials who refuse to confront our painstakingly acquired evidence of the factual existence of Chemtrails, do not accept this betrayal and subversion of the democratic process.

We have collectively amassed an enormous amount of undeniable evidence that something highly unusual and distinctly harmful to the human organism is deliberately being released from unknown aircraft on a regular basis. Since our legitimate concerns addressed to those officials and agencies legally and morally responsible for investigating this on our behalf have heretofore been ignored, we have had to take matters into our own hands.

We have been obliged to educate ourselves in the scientific explanations and descriptions of normal contrails, cloud formations, weather patterns, meteorological minutiae, aircraft identification, local flight patterns, radar anomalies, the interpretation of GOES satellite data, and innumerable other allied aspects of this experiment.

The preceding many months of serious research by a large community of intelligent and determined citizens have resulted in a single unavoidable conclusion: an experiment of vast proportions, at immense cost, for unknown reasons and with unknown ultimate consequences, is being carried out over a long period of time without the knowledge or informed consent of the American people.

Over the period of time in question, many of us have become demonstrably, and in many cases, chronically ill from the fallout from Chemtrail activity in our immediate vicinities, and have watched with fear and dismay as our families, friends and neighbors become ill. We have minutely observed, recorded, photographed, videotaped, and kept close watch on these phenomena and their attendant effects on our environment and organisms.

The present climate of willful ignorance and denial regarding our collective findings naturally does nothing to assuage our mounting concerns. To the contrary: when large numbers of rationally alarmed people are continually rebuffed and treated with the condescension typically accorded to the mentally unsound, the only result possible is increasing outrage, disgust, and a sense of disaffection from our own government.

We do not accept this continuing dismissal and silence as an answer to our questions. We do not find the studied indifference, calculated disparagement and casual insults offered by those officials and government agencies we are approaching for answers, to be either lawful or morally reasonable. Therefore we will continue to press vigorously and unrelentingly for honest investigation in response to our sincere and incontestably justifiable concerns.

Incontrovertible observations regarding the continuing presence of this secret program will not be allowed to be relegated to the wastebaskets of elected officials. The sheer numbers of indignant and outraged Americans, told again and again that their perfectly clear perceptions are based on a "hoax", is insuring that this issue is not going away. Day by day, this "secret" operation is becoming less and less of a secret. The demand for an explanation is gathering momentum. The factual reality of Chemtrails is going to have to be addressed honestly, and immediately. The extensive accumulated evidence must be given a hearing, and the cause and purpose of this experiment must be disclosed to the American public.

All efforts to maintain secrecy in this matter are resulting in permanent and irreparable harm to whatever trust remains between the people of this country and their government. The present official attitude of dishonest denial and irrational refusal to entertain the evidence itself has got to end. We insist, and we will persist.

I live in Texas and we've been experiencing this phenomena a lot lately in my neck of the woods. Has anyone else heard of this or had this problem. I understand some theories believe this may be a form of weather control implemented by the government. Any info on this is greatly apprectiated.

I would like to share my experiences with chemtrails.

About a year and half ago, we were experiencing quite a few of these near my home in Portland, about the time we were gathering to protest the fascist Bush Administration’s plans to invade Afghanistan. Shortly after our protest, about a month later, my best friend Linda got very sick with an undiagnosed illness, had to be hospitalized, and subsequently died.

At the time, I was tremendously impacted by this tragedy, but I did not make any connections with the mysterious chemtrails. But just recently I have learned that three other attendees of our peace vigil have died since that very day.

I honestly believe this to be far more than coincidence. How could it be? Four people mysteriously dead less than a year after their sole common interaction with each other, which just so happened to be a peace protest in Portland? There’s no way. We are under attack people. I don’t know who is behind it but this is serious and these chemtrails are no laughing matter.

When you look up into the wide starry sky you see the moon, and only

moon. You simply lack the broader eyesight to capture all the dots that
make
up the sky full of constellations. This is called absence to peripheral
vision. Like this too, the capacity of our minds have a certain tunnel
vision where the peripheral of our mind's eye has been intentionally
made to
stay small. Then we, from a very early age, lack the capacity to
connect too
many dots. The benefit of this reinforced stagnation and retardation?
If you
can't perceive the big picture, you won't question authority.



We have some great thinkers giving us the best of their thoughts,
trying to
help us connect these dots and see the big picture. These various
reports
all have good rhetoric in them. Some of it might be misleading because
of
the over-specialization and limited capacity of them to even see the
whole
pie. The technical reports give us enough information to satisfy maybe
50%
of our questions, but lets see if we can stretch further.



This becomes like learning any inter-connected system. First you learn
each
component separately. Then you learn how they each affect the others
and
function together as a unit. Then you start hooking them together one
at a
time and running them in sequence. Pretty soon you have a multiple
system
structure - like a power plant, a computer network, the organs of the
human
body, and an ecosystem. How the systems all work together and affect
one
another is called Integrated Systems Knowledge. In academics it is
called
Cross-Diagnosis Analysis of Multiple Disciplines. Our institutes have
been
purposely weakened in this area. In this way we are not able to see how
big
the deception is. We are informed only with certain information and our
mental vision is impaired and blinded.



In regards to the current issue surrounding Chemtrails, or Aerosol
Chemical
Spraying using Military and Commercial Jetliners, is that we have a lot
of
information that is coming to us from people of specialized capacities.
They
are experts in their areas, but are unable to see how other areas
interlink
and relate and work together, for worse not necessarily for better.



This is my attempt to assist in connecting the dots so that the whole
picture comes into view. I used to teach systems knowledge, chemical
engineering, nuclear physics, and radiation protection in the nuclear
submarine force in the 80's. Since then I have spent ten years studying
Biophysics, Naturopathy, and Earth Sciences.



The past 18 months I have put in about 4 to 5 thousand hours studying
the
chemtrail issue, orgone, and much of the material, books included,
already
written on the chemtrail topic, observing the skies and satellites
searching for trends that would reveal the smoke and mirrors hiding the
truth behind the hidden agendas, so the people can see the truth behind
the
lies. However as a society I have found that it is our complacency that
has
trustingly handed over our freedom, in the mist of the smoking mirrors,
to
the elite.



Let's step back one minute and review just a few of the things that we

powers
during a given time control all the information coming down to the
serfs, so
true "history" is actually a changing entity depending on how much
enlightenment is needed to maintain control.

and censored by the government.

The current aerial canopy is upgraded and a new one is put

all over the globe as the Earth tries to correct what the

spray canopy is causing. The scientists start promoting a

climate engineering project that includes the use of HARRP,

massive cell towers, and Iridium Satellite System to squash

and negative ions and good precipitation because global
weather

is the only answer to greenhouse gases.

2003 - We now live in a plasma gas environment that is nothing more

huge sun shield, no matter that the other piggybacked agendas are

in nature, if citizen messes with the sunshield, you are doomed. And

the Patriot Act in place they now have the means to haul anyone off and
execute them without trial or notification of any kind. Kind a sounds

recent regime America invaded, doesn't it?



It must be remembered that nature uses good orgone to cleanse and heal
geological regions. By producing precipitation, negative ions and ozone
(from thunder storms) from anti-matter to matter, nature cleanses and
balances the ecological and hydrological cycle. This was the way it was
all
meant to work. All living creatures produce good, and bad, orgone. But
unfortunately now if orgone in a region increases to counter-act the
build
up of aerially sprayed chemicals and cleanse the hydrological cycle,
the
planes are simply sent over to blanket and squash the region with a
super
heavy weight chemical bath. This happens when humans produce good
thoughts,
good orgone, which produces good health and general well being. This
life
force, orgone, produced, oxidizes their plasma gases that they have
created
to aid their system. With their spraying they have turned the surface
of the
earth into a gas ion chamber in a solution of plasma gases where EMF
and
VHF, as well as other frequencies, can be more effectively used to
assist
the new Iridium satellite system, weather control, mind and population
control. This system uses negative spin monatomic atoms known as
lanthanides
as its main conduit. This all creates a most vital plasma solution of
heavy
positive ions and atomic and subatomic particles that naturally depress
good
life force (orgone) and, not surprisingly, is needed for the Iridium
Satellite System to function properly. And its function? It produces a
gas
amplification chamber; a great big, world-wide Nazi gas chamber and
mind-control device, and because this is the ultimate multi-level,
multi-task project, another benefit being worldwide weather domination.
Cannot weather make or break a country's economic system?



In preparing for this plasma gas chamber, they can cover all the
agendas
simultaneously-the sun shield, absorbing CO2, creating ducting material
for
radars, viral inoculation, mind control, eugenics (total earth
population
control and eradication of undesirables), natural disaster creation and
direction, weather control, and the assisting or altering of earth
polar
shift. This would seem like an agenda that is just too overwhelming and
mind
boggling to comprehend, but that's part of the design of it. If
something
just seems too big and too far-fetched, then people just dismiss it and
sweep it under the rug, helps us to be more like ostrich.



No system could possibly be that diverse and that diabolical? But the
people
operating it only know bits and pieces and never enough about the whole
to
put all the parts together. This is where the over specialization and
the
lacking in our educational system have become so important. It's not
only
the public who can't see all the dots, but also the people working
within
the project.



I have personally observed this whole system in action. I have watched
them
over the last year build and disperse storms, let a natural storm start
turning in the counterclockwise direction, and load it down like a mule
with
chemicals and use the orgone like a big power mixer for their
chemicals;
dissolve natural clouds right in front of me, vortexes being chemically
suppressed, create a protective fall-out shield, generate destructive
weather systems, and apply atmospheric pressure to the earth's surface
to
target earthquakes and volcanic eruptions, lanthanides melted into the
atmosphere via targeted meteor projection.



I have observed several new advances in the levels they utilize in this
program.

They appear to have developed three (3) major"cocktail" spray

mixes. One contains aluminums, magnesium, fungus and mold spores. This

produces the white feathery powders. This gets

melted and glued back together by the other two sprays.

The second is the surfactant and/or magnetic adhesive, containing
proteins

(human DNA compounds), polys, diomyers (the minute fibers), and
fluorides

that help collect and setup diverts using the Earth Grid.



The third are the thinners and emulsifiers. These are used the greatest
and
most often because it dissolves the other chemicals out of sight. These
include aether, hexafloraethane, anvil, JP-8 jet fuel, and EDB. These
are
all heavy and cold, with extremely high density and super low boiling
points, which cause a refrigeration effect when sprayed.



By doing all this, they are destroying the environment to the point
where
they will be obligated to keep this up at a greater and greater
intensity or
there will be a huge backlash. Nice program, where if not enough
good-life-force destroying energy (DORs - dead orgone) and chemicals
are not
used, then the suppressed good energies will backlash, possibly out of
their
control, and cause tremendous environmental damage as the Earth tries
to
heal itself of the devastation they themselves are causing by
implementing
this system. So, do not produce good orgone, chi, or life-force,
because if
you do, sometime in the near future you will be arrested as an enemy of
the
State for tampering with their program.



Tesla's main concern was that the evilness in the governments would use
his
knowledge for destructive purposes. Dead orgone, DOR, negative
life-force,
produces stagnation, lethargy, depression and death. The act of using
negative orgone or DOR, positively charged chemical mixes, and
frequencies
to suppress the masses will depress any good life energies causing
systemic
health problems to rise and cause psychological chaos. Additionally,
the
combination of chemicals in the sprays irritate the respiratory tract
the
heart tissue, the kidneys and the lymph system enough so that the
recipient
becomes automatically inoculated with whatever virus is programmed into
the
sprays at that time.



With the Iridium Satellite System having been remodeled for dysprosium
and
osmium, it will sense, like radar, any place strong positive orgone is
being
produced, be it from people, plants or rocks. That area is then
targeted and
flown over, using both military and commercial aircraft, and now even
small
single prop planes, and sprayed with the specific chemicals that will
suppress these energies. This system is designed to identify and track
down
those people who produce an abundance of good life energies, because
good
life force and negative ions (like you feel at the ocean), which are
essential to everyone and everything's happiness and well being,
disrupt
their entire system. Obviously this would throw their whole agenda out
of
whack and destroy their entire plan. They are not about to let that
happen,
not after planning this for at least 2000 years.



The tip of this iceberg is the Sun Screen or Shield program to protect
against global warming. They are using that premise to sell the whole
package to the academic environmentalists who will do anything for ego,
money and prestige or out of general concern while lacking in the over
knowledge of the big big picture. These are the people who are too over
specialized to see around the blinders that are superimposed on them.
And
the regime toting this agenda is banking on that exact thing, the
scientists
not seeing the truth through the trees, or in this case the blinders of
over-specialization that these people are wearing.



9/11 was a jumping off point for them to put their program into full
gear
and throw it right in the public's face. They could tout it as a
defense
system against nuclear fallout and, with the Patriot Act and Homeland
Defense, they could use it to ferret out anyone producing good orgone
that
would mess up their system. Over the past year there have been
observations
of the buildup and deploying of this system. Now, by using the Iridium
Satellite System, they have complete coverage of the planet. And, by
promoting the Bush Administration as a world-wide police
force/state/regime,
they now have the ability to fly anywhere, blanket anything and
imprison
anyone. With the massive amount of chemicals that are being infused
into the
atmosphere, the populace is not only unable to connect the dots, they
can't
even see the dots. So the big picture eventually becomes an illusion.



In review, the large cloudbanks of fungus, aluminum oxide, magnesium,
and
barium with a magnetic adhesive are fabricated at the South Pole. Then
more
chemicals and biowarfare agents are mixed into the foamungus clouds and
dispersed up to the equator, from here redistributed around the globe
where
it is most needed. The man made and assisted foamungus clouds are
propelled
by the HARRP and ESCAT systems, earths magnetic grid, and the different
chemical concentrations established to create high and low pressure.
The
clouds are strategically directed over the region for the attack so
that it
appears to be somewhat normal weather patterns. Three strategic sprays
are
used. The gel type sprays are used to glue the foamungus clouds
together and
as blockers and diverts for the directing and holding together of the
foamungus clouds when they feather out too much. The white powders,
which
are a mix similar to the clouds already being produced from the south
pole,
are sprayed in specific areas where the concentrations are low and
where the
geophysics producing good orgone in that area neutralize these
chemicals.



The thinners, two types have been observed, one leaves a chemtrail that
goes
away fairly quickly, unlike the gel type, and the other thinner you can
rarely see. However, both bring with their spraying a wind and often
pesticide smell. The last give away is observation of thermal updrafts
and
the raptors that love to soar in them. When the planes fly and the
chemicals
are sprayed, these good orgone created thermals and vortexes are
squashed
(This is what it does to our DNA helical spin, squashes it.), and the
birds
(our life, with out stuff like cosmic water and exposure control
practices)
bug out unbelievably fast.



These sprays are the combinations of Aether, Anvil, Lanthanides, JP-8,
ethylene dibromide, and others crap, all chronic below epa levels,
okayed by
medical staff. Along with these sprays they have been pulsating the
plasma
positive ion gases from space with laser technology to alter the ions,
with
all the electrode tube towers and microwave dish towers, as well as
from
underground with Tesla generators that of many things pump in chemicals
from
quantum or scalar alchemy technology. Welcome one earth plasma gas ion
chamber in full operation of weather control, mind control, climate
control,
and eugenics/population control.

Is everyone in so much denial they cannot see the green tinge mask on

children's faces this last 18 months. Are these chemicals so strong
that it

a long history of some treasons tricksters. It uses ozone-depleting
chemicals as a sunscreen along with many other interlinked programs.

solution of gases are a negative ion and orgone depressant, a common
denominator for all the interlinked programs, the latest being the
Iridium
Satellite System. There are obvious system trends that bring about the
various types of situations needed for each of the types of
strategically
sprayed eugenics materials. If we add or do anything that produces
negative
ions or good orgone, then it will oxidize the system chemicals,

imbalance that then causes more chemicals to be added, especially the
heavy
thinners. The more chemicals added the more chance of depleting the
ozone.



Therefore, if you produce good orgone, which makes them add the
chemicals,
you have just become their scapegoat. You produce good cleansing and
healing
energies, precipitation forms, it oxidizes their chemical balance, they
spray more and turn up the ionosphere heaters in that area suppressing

good healing energies that not only come from that region but also from
the
biologics in the area. That is how the eugenic mind control stuff works

I have been hunting for a site that has major information about the
project-funding for a space program that would use magnetics to propel
one
asteroid into another all under the premise of defense purposes. The

also talked about information showing present mining on Mars which
directly
explained the development of another canal next to the one that has

up before.



It also discussed potential aliens showing up in 4 kilometer size
asteroid-looking transports that have been parking themselves
strategically
around the earth and in our solar system to observe the show. It also

shots of some of these asteroids, all similar sizes, with what looked

Let me briefly explain why this last article is so important and really
brings together a clear summation to my conclusions.

In watching the chemtrail/ weather control system, and the NEW mind
control
system that has been tied in with the old one, the Iridium satellite

factor in the new weapons and hidden agendas, I have notice that the
NEW
aerosol canopy and the EBO increase are directly related to each other.

point of fact, they are being used synergistically to suppress the good
earth life forces, this is the main consistent trend I have seen. In

past 6 months I have seen the weather control system raise up and
magnetically tighten down on the earth to enforce the micro and macro
dynamic breaking necessary to suppress the uprise of good life force or
orgone. The EBO have been proportional to the rise in orgone
supression,
just as the aerosol spraying has been in the past. Only now they are
using
more ebo's, and have cut-back on the planes-- ie. fewer observeable
chemtrails! All these increases are only to one end-- to suppress the
good
orgone with out observalbe trends. Remember, the good orgone tries to
create
Earth healing substances. These, of course, happen to be detrimental to
the
operation of the satellite mind-control holographic weapons system the
powers that be are using. The good orgone does this by materializing
cleansing particles like negative ions and precipitation thereby
oxidizing
the conduit plasma gases that are needed for transmitions.



Now, the good thing is it has prepared a shield to laser zap and
deflect
other in coming missiles and ebo. The bad thing is they made the shield
unfriendly to us down on the ground. And, of course, it did not have to
be
that way. It is that way by their choice.



So, putting this together shows they are melting ebo in on top of us
from
space to increase the chemicals needed for their earth dominace system.
That
simple.



If planet x is not around the corner these guys will bring one in on
top of
us to keep control of the life force and keep it suppressed. This

very unhealthy situation. A different whitish gray chemical fungus has
started to collect on my precipitator and ionizers. Different in the
past
month than all that of the last 1 1/2 years.



Plus-- observations point to the assumption that during the past 90
days the
nation's good life force has increased beyond the current spraying
capabilities of the planes to keep it suppressed, so they had to bring
in
the ebo chemical payloads to increase the male yang through the fungus
and
lanthanides, and thus continue to suppress the good orogne.



Why this is important is that we all need to prepare for the
possibility of
BIG eob, but the stuff we are breathing now and the immediate
implementation
of exposure control practices need to be delt with as well. Both from
the
air particulate and from all the different photon, emf, elf, and
radionic/sonic sources. How do we shield ourselves from this stuff?
Some of
this stuff is not shielded easily except by deep earth and/or water
covering. I need to get some kind of instruments made up to detect it,
measure it and then do some surveys with different types of shielding.
I do
not see how I can possibly do all of this. So, maybe it is not
important?
How to you block an att&t laser beam from slowly melting your heart
valves
or deteriorating your brain? It is real strange because about 15 years
ago,
after experiencing immense physical pain, I started hearing voices.
Then, as
I changed my diet and began practicing deep tissue cleansing methods,
the
voices went away. I later found that I have a small calcium deposit
(this
determination from an MD) in the back lower right side of my brain,
about a
half inch to the inside, observed in a catscan. When I would start
hearing
the voices this area would always ache. Funny, yea?! 15 years ago it
almost
got me shipped off to the Oregon VA for a long-term visit at their
mental
facility.



Back to the exposure thing. How do we minimize the laser beam and
photon
attacks making their holographic cymatic juncture at their targeted

You know it is a sad day when 95% of our countries leaders for the last

turned up high, you can see the whole beam coming down from space,

stuff late at night, in the outback.


Anyhow, they have it turned up with enough energy on my wife and I that

is giving us cramps in our intestines and chest. Last night was no
hotter
than normal. Usually we cool it off enough right after dark so that we

not use the a/c the rest of the night. Last night we ran the cooler
most of
the night and it still kept getting hot and heating up. The photo
interaction from our own space weapons defense system is slowly killing
me
right in my home. Let this truth set free those who need to help this
country and can. In 36 hours I have seen three direct beams pulsing the
earth changing and altering the plasma gases in this area to work
better
with their earth saturated plasma gas weapons system.


I was awakened twice last night from direct laser beams to the head
laced
with holographic images. The same time it was cooking my brain like an
x-ray
it was burning an image into my mind. Then they went back to broadening

beam and just micro waved my household for the night. They are doing it
tonight as well. They start creeping up the energies in the late hours

microwave us in our sleep. And then pulsate you to kill just enough

I felt that it would be important to follow up after my last report
with the
latest. The planes are still coming over at night mostly and spraying
the
heavy refrigerant type of sprays. It always brings the breeze. I am
sure
some think tank geek is trying to come up with an explanation that the
rest
of the world will accept. Make no mistake, the majority of the breezes
I got
today was all do to specific components of their space weapons, death
on the
USA, system. With some of the breezes there would be no know
observation of
planes. The wind would pick up; the air would not have a try dusty
smell but
a metallic fungus space dust smell. I suspect from strategically placed
projectiles from space to increase the concentration of orgone
depressants
and conduit needed for what latter took place. That is 2 types of
unseen
phenomena that are causing breezes and my veins in my left arm and
chest to
cramp a little tighter. There are the breezes that are new and related
to
the small plains flying over, I suspect with some type of transmitter
that
transmits a microwave/elf signal further adjusting the plasma gases in
the
local area, and direct beam assaults, probably paaed off as a new radar
system.. Then there is the satellite beam with broadband and direct
beam
assaults.

The beam tracking on my heart valves that I cannot hide from is a
combination of all the above. They cramp my chest and I can feel my
arteries
restricting, most of the time now. I just had a small plane fly over
off to
the horizon and at the same time, A high flying prop plane flu right
past
the sun, where it made it difficult to see, and at the same time I was
hit
so hard it felt like my tissues in my heart actually started to
separate or
shred like over cooked meat in the microwave and my heart valves and
arteries constricted so much it about dropped me to my knees. Now they
are
just quivering and tight.

It would not be so bad if I did not know for sure that the broadband
microwave cooking is happening to my wife and daughter. I am unsure of
my
son, but I suspect the same. The direct beam assaults are causing me to
think of gage. The are killing me and the heat has gotten turned up
just in
the last ten days.



I am requesting the nsa, fbi, cia, the judicial branch, and the us
marshals
to intervene here and take this toy away from these evil predators for
the

I hope many of you have enjoyed the basic issues about how chemtrails
came
into being and how they are so closely related to nuclear and Star Wars
systems. Most all the concepts arose from looking at small scale
electronic
component analogs and applying the concepts to air and space. The
ideas for
barium came from PM-tubes and the idea for Ferrite-Ba-Ti came from

waveguide components. Similarly, these additives to air came from
semiconductor type doping analogs.

The atmosphere of this planet can be modeled as a dielectric, whose
breakdown potentials set the maximum voltage between capacitor plates.

modified in zones by the doping of the atmosphere with photoelectric

in the Star Wars realm. Even the testing of humans in a 1947 White
Sands
test was about an extra-terrestrial test of a nuclear weapons effects
in the
atmosphere on live humans from the SA Equatorial Zone.

It was the war crimes element that originally caused the national
security
classification of these human experiments involving extra-terrestrial
bomb
testing. This gave these projects their code name within the DOE and
Star
Wars. It is this same corrupted classification process that is behind
all
the cover ups on the chemtrails human and environmental experiments.
Everything from the cooking of little natives and blacking their eyes
from
the bomb flash to the issues of chemtrails and Star Wars involves the
extra-terrestrial classification and code term.

The two bombs dropped on Hiroshima and Nagasaki were both atmospheric
bomb
tests, because the US basically preserved these two cities to study the
effect. All the other Japanese Cities were being fired bombed into
nothing.
These bombs killed 100,000's or people and the effects linger today.
It was
about making a statement of power to the world. The US did not even
flinch
in the killing of these women and children and likewise it did not even
flinch in the experiments on natives taken from jungles. The US has
done no
better than the Japanese and German human experiments, they have been
much
worse.

The third atmospheric nuclear test showed the dangers of the
radiation
flash of a hundred Sun's to humans at close range and it also
demonstrated
what radiation damage does to plastics. Radiation damaged plastic is
called "Mylar," which is well known for it tendency to retain its form
and
snap back into shape. Most all the little jungle natives that were
deformed
from chemical tests and nuclear tests are gone, except for the reports
that
are stored behind "special access project" classification stashed at
places
like Area 51. Their nickname or code in the extraterrestrial projects
world
is called "Aliens" or

"Alien Experiments." It is about concealing murder using
classification.
My training in plasma physics came from a Soviet Russian named Igor
Alexiff. Alexiff and the Russians appear to be quite far ahead of the
research on plasma effects. Alexiff has many patents on plasma
techniques
including a plasma jet process that the military uses to neutralize
satellites or make them undetectable with ground RADARs. My later
experience in Plasma science came from the ORNL Fusion Energy work.
Lots of
experiments using LASER's, microwaves,
and high energy beam injectors----all of it applicable to Star Wars
type
systems.

In the 1980's, all the national labs were interested in the Star Wars
concept and the extremely high powered X-ray and IR chemical LASERs.
The
effects of these systems on the atmosphere were important to consider.
High
powered LASERs have the capacity to ionize the air, via photo and
temperature effects. Recent studies in Japan have shown that LASERs
can set
up pathways for lighting. Lighting forms from an ionization path in air
creating UV light and then more ions leading to the massive discharge
for
displaced charges in the atmosphere. IR LASER's cause this via heat
and UV
LASER's via direct ionization.

We have seen that things like Barium can be ionized by rocket fuels
and by
UV light. Similarly, when large meteorites enter the Earth's
atmosphere
ions and a plasma path are created, from the ionosphere to the ground.
This
effect can set off a massive discharge of the Earth Potential gradient
capacitor effect. The effect can be like a 100 H-bombs going off in
the
atmosphere from trillions of amps of current being fired. This is the
effect that one of the largest meteorites that high Tunguska Russia in
1908
is thought to have set off. This is why there are little meteor
fragments
and little crater effects, but a huge air blast effect.

This effect is also a problem with Star Wars techniques, as firing
LASERs
into atmosphere at high power densities can set off these same
discharge
effects. This is part of the fear from these space based weapons
systems.
Some think HAARP can also causes these effects. HAARP alone can cause
some
potential well effects and attraction of charges in the atmosphere, but
unlikely this type effect. The only way the atmosphere extreme energy
system works without distorting the platform is from space.

Teller's Star Wars systems can lead to even worse weapons than the
hydrogen bomb, via tapping into the Sun's energy charging methods for
the
ionosphere. A space based laser system can level a city with a high
power
density LASER burst into the atmosphere above a city. This effect
delivers
little radiation, but the air blast of a 100-1000 H-bombs detonated
above a
city. This is where the extremes of the Star Wars project can lead.
This
is part of the reason the Russian's backed down from the cold war's
mutually
assured destruction from Reagan's Star Wars threats. This was my
contribution to the Star Wars systems designs.

My studies on the atmosphere effects shut down the cold war. The
cold
war was coming apart in 1988 and the Berlin Wall fell in Nov 1989. The
US
and Russia shifted from the insanity of making more nuclear bombs to
taking
them apart. My studies on HF shut down the K-25 gas diffusion plant.
The
DOE is turning the leaking poison gas plant into a Greenfield. My
studies
on the End-Times and Revelations aspect are pointing the way toward a
kinder
and gentler time. The hidden science is being revealed and the
scientific
messages learned are independent of religions. This can go a long way
toward ending terrorism
and religion nationalism effects.

The Russian's had been shifting toward a waging peace type cold war
mechanism for a number of years before Star Wars the this made this
trend
even stronger. Today, Russia and the US have torn down the Berlin Wall
and
ended the Cold War, but the Bush foreign policy directions and single
superpower is making all the world have concerns. The lies Bush told
to set
off the Iraq War have been extreme, and even more extreme was opening
the
door for 911 to happen to launch the PAX-America new world order. This
entire process was planned at ORNL in the mid-80's.

If one applies the simple black box theory toward this process one
can see
all the makings for one last huge war between the US allies and others
like
China and Russia. The Bush Doctrine is driven by pure corporate greed
and
deceit, toward both American Citizens and the people of the world.
Bush is
looking like the new Hitler plan and the antichrist rolled into one.
The
Bush Agenda even suppresses all the basic information linked to that
connected to the return of Christ and his visions from the old world.

As we head for another Independence Day, let us all think about
these
issues and the corruption in our Govt. We need to clean house at home
and
not plunder and abuse the rest of the world based on corrupted industry
mistakes. We have those that have engaged in racketeering and murder
in the
very highest levels of our Govt., who abuse all our world via corrupted
classification methods. This secrecy has given rise to Imperialism,
loss of
separation of church and state, suppression of science and religion,
setting
up health plaques, and massive profiteering from chaos and pollution.

Common sense and the simple truth needs to return to the US and the
minds
of its citizens, as we all need to start the process of the RICO Act to
take
these high ranking persons out of our Govt. Remember, that true freedom
can
only he obtained from the truth process. It is essential in any
Democracy.
