Ashcroft & Company tell the judge to stick it in her ear

by Bush Admirer Tuesday, Jul. 15, 2003 at 4:15 PM

Feds defy Moussaoui order

The Justice Department today refused a federal judge's order to allow accused terrorist Zacarias Moussaoui access to a captured al Qaeda leader because it would damage national security. In response, U.S. District Judge Leonie Brinkema could throw out the case against Moussaoui, the only person charged so far in connection with the 9/11 attacks on the U.S.
____

Perfect! This liberal judge needs to be put in her place and John Ashcroft is just the guy to do it.

I am offended that this slug Zacarias Moussaoui is even appearing in our court system. He should be locked up in Guantanamo with the other terrorists. Why are we letting this slug into our court system. And how in the world did he wind up in the courtroom of this loonie left wing liberal judge?

So you don't support law and order?

by Twiddle Tuesday, Jul. 15, 2003 at 4:23 PM

I thought "good" lil' conservatives like BA supported the rule of law?

I guess I was mistaken.

Twiddle Dee, Twiddle Dumb

by Bush Admirer Tuesday, Jul. 15, 2003 at 4:34 PM

Hey Twiddle, I'm all for the rule of law.

But not in time of war and not when the enemy is stalking you.

If you're in a combat zone and a sniper is shooting at you, you shoot back. You don't arrest him and take him into court where the burden of proof is on you to prove that he shot at you. You simply shoot the bastard.

This guy Massoui is a terrorist infiltrator in time of war. He should be handled by the military and not the court system. That's especially true where this liberal judge is concerned.
She's part of the problem and not part of the solution.

I have a great deal more regard for our military than I do for our court system (can you say 'Johnny Cochran?' Can you say 'Mumia?'). The court system has failed us in many of these cases.

Bush admirer-you ever in the military?

by ex-vet Tuesday, Jul. 15, 2003 at 10:54 PM

You sound very experienced on what goes on in a combat situtation. Where did you serve at?
Ever been to Guantanamo?

Trials

by Meyer London Wednesday, Jul. 16, 2003 at 11:34 AM

Even Bush Admirer's co-thinkers in the Nazi leadership were given lawyers, walks in the fresh air, and the right to confront their accusers at Nuremburg.
