I've been gathering Kucinich Info including 19 media links to speeches and interviews.
Six members of Congress seeking Democratic presidential nomination are finding that juggling legislative duties with demanding national campaign can wreak havoc with schedules, hurt their voting records and disrupt sleep; all except Rep Dennis J Kucinich have missed votes; Republican National Committee Web site keeps tabs of candidate's attendance records; holds Rep Richard A Gephardt has missed 89 percent of House votes this year; Republicans say that in Senate John Kerry has missed 41 percent of votes, Joseph L Lieberman 26 percent, John Edwards 20 percent and Bob Graham 14 percent.
Mr. Kerry and Mr. Edwards did not vote last week on any of the five initial efforts to alter the Medicare prescription drug plan that will no doubt figure in the presidential campaign. Mr. Graham voted on two and Mr. Lieberman just one.

WILLIE NELSON ENDORSES KUCINICH FOR PRESIDENT One of the most beloved figures in popular music and culture has endorsed the populist presidential candidate, Dennis Kucinich. STATEMENT FROM WILLIE NELSON "I am endorsing Dennis Kucinich for President because he stands up for heartland Americans who are too often overlooked and unheard. He has done that his whole political career. Big corporations are well-represented in Washington, but Dennis Kucinich is a rare Congressman of conscience and bravery who fights for the unrepresented, much like the late Senator Paul Wellstone. Dennis champions individual privacy, safe food laws and family farmers. A Kucinich Administration will put the interests of America's family farmers, consumers and environment above the greed of industrial agribusiness. "I normally do not get too heavily involved in politics, but this is more about getting involved with America than with politics. I encourage people to learn more about Dennis Kucinich at http://www.kucinich.us and I will be doing all I can to raise his profile with voters. I plan to do concerts to benefit the campaign." (This is an individual endorsement and does not reflect the views of any organization.) "It's an honor," commented Rep. Kucinich, "to earn the support of a man who has come to symbolize the best values of America." ## "ON THE ROAD AGAIN": With Willie Nelson's endorsement, momentum continues to build for our insurgent campaign -- as we increase our support base, our volunteer base, our endorsements and fundraising. RALPH NADER, on last night's CNN Crossfire, said: "If Dennis Kucinich gets the nomination, it'll be less reason to have a third-party challenge. He's a very progressive Democrat..." Dare to dream. We can win this nomination. With so many candidates in the race, everyone is a long shot, not just us. To see why KUCINICH WILL DEFEAT BUSH, check out http://kucinich.us/electable.htm ## You can support our campaign by volunteering http://www.kucinich.us/volunteer.php or by making a donation https://www.kucinich.us/contribute.php

Greetings, Glad you dig the fake .rm trick. It's handy. :-) Between The Lines did a good interview with Kucinich the other day. I recorded a standalone mp3 of that you can find here: http://idaho.indymedia.org/news/2003/07/3062.php Someone -- or multiple people -- consistently spread the RealAudio standalone streaming links for that radio program. They're religious about it. But Idaho didn't have the segment, so I stuck it there. They just updated their IMC -- looks great. The above is an interview that runs just under 8 minutes. I'm not sure if you found these, as I haven't clicked on all your links yet, but for what it's worth...... As for video, this one is better than his average: http://www.brightpathvideo.com/ (look on the left side margin; probably best out of respect to BrightPath to use a link to the website rather than a direct URL -- that Kucinich story/headline has been in the same place since April) For offline video, I highly recommend Ralph Cole's tape: http://members.aol.com/democracyu/kucinich.htm He's offering it at the cost of production. His "Democracy University" work is a labor of love, and he goes around recording many events in the Southland. My computer files are a bit disorganized, so I'll leave it at this. :-) Best, ziggy

FluxRostrum, here's another: http://seattle.indymedia.org/front.php3?article_id=29750&group=webcast It's a five minute speech at an anti-war demo. The longer speeches are better for leaving people new to Kucinich with the "is this guy for real" reaction. But the stump speech is interesting, for whatever it's worth.

The Democratic Party would never even let him come close to being the nominee (look what the Republican Party did to poor McCain when he gave the chosen candidate a run for his money). Think of Kucinich as the Babbit '88 of the next campaign. A completely marginal candidate who will be easily eliminated.
You far-left folks will have to vote Green Party if Kerry or Edwards don't do it for you.

To Bush Admirer: Since you admire Bush so much, I assume you were planning on giving him some money for the coming election. Yes? Why don't you instead give some money to Kucinich. If you're so sure about your view, you'd actually be doing yourself and your cause a favor, right?
Put your money where your flapping lips are. Don't worry. Bush will still rack in over 200 million (maybe half a billion -- a major record breaker that will shock the nation). You can do it BA. Give a $100 to Kucinich.

You said Kucinich getting nominated would "mean a slam - dunk reelection" for Bush. So then? What is it? You already know Bush is going to get more money than the Democrats by a huge margin. If you really believed what you said, you'd see the value in pushing Kucinich a bit further.
I think you're just blowing hot air.

Bush Admirer could donate $10 million to the Kucinich campaign. It doesn't matter. The guy isn't presidential material. After the primaries, he won't even be in the top half of candidates. In fact, he won't even make it through the entire primary season.
The only chance in hell he would have is if the Party leaders decide Bush will easily win and they don't want to sacrifice a 2008 candidate. But even then, they'd sacrifice somebody like Gephardt or Daschle instead.
For you Kucinich loyalists, if there is a way for us to bet about all of this, I'd love to do it. We just have to find a service who will hold our wagers in escrow for a few years.

Gosh, you're such a simpleton sometimes I feel sorry for you. Really. I know you will not get what I mean and you will only see what I say as sounding like I'm being mean. But you come off like some robot, not a free thinking person in many of your messages. First of all, you really ought to shed the republicans can do no wrong crap. This statement is laughable: "Republicans don't play those games. " Just look at what other republicans are saying over on the Free Republic: http://www.freerepublic.com/focus/f-news/929833/posts I rest my case. Your from the computer industry. You need to live life by analysis, not algorithms. You come off like a robot.

Your doubts in Dennis will only bring out how great of a man of the people he truly is.
The Democrats, Greens, Libertarians, and Reform Parties all can get behind him and as they learn about him and here him speak more and more will.
He's still got his soul and won't sell out.
He understands that the world is ONE, and that's the only way mankind is going to survive the next 25 years.
So, keep doubting, but... "we are confident in the victory of good over evil." -Bob Marley
