Actually, to call Bush a Nazi is probably much more accurate than to give that title to the "neo-Nazis" in America. Sure, Hitler was a racial purist, but that was only one part of the Nazi ideology. At least as important, and arguably much more important, were the combination of corporation and state, the use of state-controlled mass media as a conduit for effective propaganda, the use of vague Christian mythology (i.e. we are the chosen people) to rally the base, constant war and the creation/maintenance of a massive war industry, the persecution of political dissent, among others.

Hitler and Goebbels would be delighted with the Bush Administration, other than the impure racial elements part. On the other hand, most racial minorities have done incredibly poorly under this administration, with their economic and political power being reduced fairly significantly. So maybe Hitler and Goebbels would be most pleased.

I give you a tremendous amount of credit for admitting that your earlier perceptions were wrong--for admitting you made a mistake. (Of course, you were deliberately misled about the facts--you had the misfortune of believing our government was telling us the truth.)

I only wish our Administration in DC, claimers of the crown of morality, had the courage to admit to the American people that they made a mistake--a HUGE one. But I don't have much confidence in their doing so.

...and of course one could definitely connect the Bush family to the nazis because there was one Prescott Bush who actually helped funded the nazis while he was director of Union Banking Corp out of New York. It was closed down by the State Department in '42 under The Trading with the Enemy Act. This man's T-shirt is not off base at all.

Bush cannot be prosecuted as a sitting President. We can impeach him and then prsecute, but then we get Cheney. We can impeach Cheney, but then we get Hastert. I don't think the line of succession goes deep enough to allow someone not involved with the lies to become President.

Prescott Bush was not the only Grandfather of GW to have assets vested/seized under the Trading With the Enemy Act. His other Grandfather on his father's side Herbert Walker also dealt directly with the Nazis and had businesses including (Hamburg-Amerika line I believe) seized by the Gov't.

In either case, there is no question that the Bush family fortune comes from proceeds from financing Hitler's way to power and then to arm him. Prescott's main employer (Brown Brothers Harriman) also were among the first into USSR after the revolution and set up their oil and other industries, and had no problems working later on with Stalin (Averill Harriman in fact was US ambassador to the USSR after the war). So the armies coming at Poland from both sides in 1939 (Germany and USSR) were both armed to a great degree by Wall St. players such as Bush, Walker, and other fathers and grandfathers of those now in the Bush Admin. such as Bush's Ambassador to the UK William Farish. His father (Also William Farish) was CEO of Standard Oil of New Jersey and died of a heart attack shortly after being grilled by the Senate (including Harry Truman) in 1942. They wanted to know basic questions such as why Standard was supplying strategic patents to the Nazis that they refused to supply to the Americans! And the company that handled these patents as a partner with Standard was IG Farben which supplied not only the chemicals to convert coal into gasoline, but the chemicals to convert concentration camp inmates into dead people. So our UK Ambassador is also awash in Auschwitz funds.

Speaking of Auschwitz, I wondered why the Boy Bush visited Auschwitz a few weeks ago. I guess he wanted to see where the family fortune was derived with his own eyes. It was said that Prescott directly oversaw operations of the Vereinigte Stahlwerke (the Polish steel mining corpo. where Nazi armor that killed US GIs came from). The labor that was used in these mines was from Auschwitz. So in a very real sense, the money in GWs pocket as he stood there at Auschwitz came from people in that camp who were starved and worked to DEATH or when they became to weak to work were gassed with poisons from our UK Ambassador's Father's company.

The history of the Bush famiy's involvement with monsters such as Hitler, and monstrous ideas such as Eugenics is WELL DOCUMENTED. These people should be in PRISON not in the Whitehouse.

Jim Mars isn't an academic scholar. He's ok.... has some good work under his belt. But he doesn't document with footnotes as extensively as you will find in the book, "The War on Freedom," which is one of the best books out on 9-11 (and it's now about a year old)
