Gov Davis' Thugs Terrorize Democracy

by Socialist Saturday, Jun. 28, 2003 at 11:04 PM

Gov Davis' organized crime thugs are busy terrorizing recall petitioners, who are enabling us to exercise our democratic right to sign a recall petition. The Recall procedure was won by progressives about 100 years ago, and we cannot let any fascist attack it for any reason whatsoever, regardless of who is paying for the recall.

This latest act of election fraud perpetrated by the Democratic Party, no different from its twin election-frauding capitalist Republican Party, was reported in the San Francisco Chronicle, 6/27/03, at:

http://www.sfgate.com/cgi-bin/article.cgi?file=/c/a/2003/06/27/MN263113.DTL

The San Francisco Chronicle, which has not indicated any support for the recall, had this warning paragraph in its article:

"California election law makes it a crime to threaten petition gatherers with violence or damage their property. It's also illegal to bribe petition circulators to abandon their work. "

As the article states, people are being encouraged TO LIE and FILE FALSE COMPLAINTS with store managers that having a very legal recall petition outside the store bothers the thug complainer.

The article continues with this outrageous incident:

"A few weeks ago," said petition circulator Gloria Anderson, 48, who was working at a Home Depot in Redlands (Riverside County), "I had some guy walk up and try to yank my sign down. He called me a Republican bitch. I'm not even a Republican."

Regardless of what party one belongs to, one has no business harassing anyone circulating voter petitions or engaging in foul language name-calling. Since both the Democrats and Republicans are equally despicable, the anger of this thug was contrived and bought and paid for.

Gov Davis has expressed admiration for another organized crime, election-frauding, anti-labor, anti-tenant fascist thug, the illegal "mayor" of San Francisco, who sits in office with 40% of the vote plus election fraud and now only 20% support. He committed his election fraud to be "re-elected" mayor with the same organized crime gang and the same 20-point difference as he did in the 49er Stadium Swindle election of June 3, 1997, in which we voted 70% against the Swindle and his gang changed it to 50.2% yes. See the following website and read ALL 150 PAGES for the details:

http://www.brasscheck.com/stadium

The Democratic Party has a long history of election fraud. In the 1970s, their election-frauding gang was a CIA front called the People's Temple. See:

http://www.brasscheck.com/jonestown

Republican George Bush not only committed election fraud in Florida to get in the President's Office but also all across the nation in the workingclass, usually Africa-American, communities, and this election fraud was facilitated by the already-existing Democratic Party election fraud machine that exists in every big city's workingclass communities.

The criminality of the Democratic Party is just as horrifying as that of the Republican Party. There are lots of petitions circulating that I do not support, and thus I do not sign. That is called the democratic process. We cannot tolerate terrorism by the Democratic Party of voter petitioners.

Democrat Gray Davis should be recalled for two evil deeds:

(1) His promotion of bankrupt PG&E instead of taking over all 3 private utility companies and establishing a public power system in California;

and

(2) His promotion of the death penalty and the prison-concentration camp system. He wants to build a death camp at San Quentin.

Anyone who promotes a concentration camp system IS A NAZI. THERE IS NOTHING GOOD ABOUT GRAY DAVIS AT ALL. HE IS A NAZI.

This writer proudly signed the Recall petition right in my home town of San Francisco and I will certainly vote for the Recall. If there is no socialist running for office, I will not vote for a replacement candidate. I will vote to recall any and all fascists. Starting with the recall of the stinking rotten Democratic Party and its favorite fascist, Gray Davis, is a good beginning. It will certainly not be the end as the class struggle continues.

As of this moment, the recall campaign has collected 892,430 signatures or 99% of the required valid signatures. They will need 1 million total to have sufficient valid signatures.

RECALL GRAY DAVIS. ABOLISH THE DEATH PENALTY AND ALL PRISONS. PROMOTE REHABILITATION, NOT PUNISHMENT. PROMOTE PUBLIC POWER.

Gray Davis is not a Nazi, and although that label might make it easier to describe the horrible depths we´ve descended to, it prevents any grasp of reality.

First of all, I´m suspiscious about your stand for the principle of the recall petition takers. Yes, the Democratic party election fraud machine is huge and yes it´s depressing to watch all of us get corralled into supporting the Dem criminals as the only possible choice in the 2004 elections. But as for an attack on the legitimacy of the political process, the recall election itself is a far deeper attack, a politically motivated attempt to destabilize California in prepartion for the 2004 elections.

You recognize no difference between Davis and possible future governor Issa or Schwartzeneger? You would not prefer to be living under a Gore presidency? Are you a follower of the ´gotta get worse before it gets better´ strategy?

Actively supporting the recall is a startling position to take, because tactically you are supporting President Bush´s re-election. Are you waiting for a revolution? It seems to that chances for any or all political organizing will be slimmer under Bush than under the Dems. Do you disagree? - J.
