The entire world honors the memory of Ethel and Julius Rosenberg on June 19, 2003, 50 years after the fascist US government, aided by their Zionist collaborators, murdered these two outstanding socialists and defenders of the workingclass to perpetrate fascism at home and war abroad. By defending their innocence and resisting fascism, the Rosenbergs literally broke the back of the Cold War. Ethel and Julius Rosenberg and their co-defendant, Morton Sobell, were falsely accused of conspiracy to commit atomic espionage, for which the Rosenbergs were executed and Sobell spent 18 years in prison. As the famous labor lawyer, Clarence Darrow once said, conspiracy charges should have been thrown out with the thumbscrew and the rack as they exact the maximum penalty without proving an overt act.

After reading any, much less all of these books, it will be very clear that the Rosenbergs and Sobell did not commit any crime whatsoever.

THERE WAS NO ATOMIC SECRET

It is well understood today that there was no atomic secret. At the time, Nobel Prize winning scientists like Harold Urey and J. Robert Oppenheimer stated that there was no atomic secret. Further, the Soviet Union, which as an American ally during World War 2, 5 short years before the Rosenbergs and Sobell were arrested, had received 30,000 copies of the “Official Report of the United States Government on Atomic Energy Development for Military Purposes” issued in 1945, the last year of World War 2. Professionally trained scientists could understand the structure of the bomb by studying this book.

Since it was clear that there was no atomic secret, the fascist US government’s carrying out the execution of Ethel and Julius Rosenberg, orphaning their two young sons who were ages 6 and 10 at the time of the execution, was a political frame-up in the post-World War 2 era, which was similar to the frame-up of Nicola Sacco and BartolomeoVanzetti in the 1920s, during the anti-communist terror of that post-World War 1 era.

Fifty years after Sacco and Vanzetti were murdered, there was some official reconciliation with the fact that they were innocent. No such reconciliation exists for the Rosenbergs or Sobell for two reasons. The first is that this country continues to reek of ant-Semitism. The second is the collaboration of the Zionists with the US government in the murder of the Rosenbergs, just as they continue to collaborate with the outright fascist Pres. Bush today.

As to the anti-Semitism, Julius Rosenberg put it correctly when he stated the frame-up of the Rosenbergs and Sobell was an attempt to make Jew, Communist and traitor synonymous so as to perpetrate the anti-Communist Korean War abroad and anti-labor terror at home, which anti-labor terror destroyed the militancy of the labor unions that existed in the 1930s and 1940s, and from which labor has yet to recover. Communists of all kinds were active labor organizers in the 1930s and 1940s.

As to the anti-Communist Zionists, it should be remembered that the judge in the case, Irving Kaufman, and the prosecutors Roy Cohn and Irving Saypol were all Jewish and were all one anti-Communist prosecution team as Judge Kaufman was not impartial. The Jewish community was divided by class, as are all other communities, and the judge and prosecution represented the capitalist class, while the Rosenbergs and Sobell came from and defended the workingclass. Roy Cohn is best remembered as counsel for the anti-Communist US Senate Subcommittee on Investigations, one of many the anti-Communist witchhunting government committees and agencies of the 1950s.

One Zionist organization, the Anti-Defamation League, which today is known as an anti-Communist spy organization, gave information in 1947 to the US Civil Service Commission on individuals it believed were communist or linked to communists, which information was used by the House Un-American Activities Committee (HUAC) and the FBI.
