In an escalation of U.S. threats against Cuban

sovereignty, the U.S. has expelled 14 Cuban diplomats on phony chrages of spying, ordering them to leave the U.S. within 10 days. This latest move precedes a May 20 speech in Miami by Pres. Bush, where he will announce a new round of hostile and aggressive measures against Cuba.

On that day, people across the country will be holding

demonstrations and press conferences opposing a new U.S. war and threats against Cuba.
