Patrolling U.S. occupation troops are now armed with spray paint cans to cover over the anti-U.S. graffiti appearing everywhere. Obviously the Soldier Boy in this photo doesn't come from Los Angeles... and so has absolutely no skill in "dissing" an opponent's "tag" (the point is to obliterate the message so you CAN'T read it, Jar head).
