This morning (Friday, March 28) at approximately 9:30, actor James Woods was interviewed on syndicated Fox "news" show, Good Day Live (or Good Day L.A.). He spent the majority of the interview attacking Michael Moore for speaking out against Bush at the Academy Awards claiming that Moore did it purely for financial gain and that he is both ill-informed and must have been raised poorly.

While he ranted on about this, the co-hosts (apart from Steve Edwards who pointed out that Moore's comments were solely directed at Bush, not America) laughed and agreed with James Woods' commentary.

This was hardly a fair and unbiased interview and Mr. Woods comments (including calling Mr. Moore a "fatso" (if memory serves me right) were incredible abrasive.

I think it might be time for Good Day Live to bring Michael Moore on to present his side of things, don't you???

Mr. Woods may have been polite, but he was right on. Why is it that some famous people (and I use the word very loosely) feel so strongly about issues that they insult the Office of the Presidency?

Some feel that by virtue of the opportunities they have, it somehow gives them a license to say any and everything on national TV. Shame on them!

We are very fortunate people, but some don't appreciate what we have, nor think that it can ever be taken away...it can.
