An Australian journalist accompanying a U.S. Marine unit reported that "one of the first encounters of the ground war was more like a massacre than a fight" as allied forces obliterated an Iraqi artillery unit. "Dead bodies are everywhere," a U.S. officer reported afterward.

So sad how history is repeats itself over and over again. Unfortunately, the media will never let us know how many Iraqi civilians and soldiers will be killed every day. I guess their lives are not as important as any of the troops. I'm disgusted by this mass genocide that is diguised as 'liberation'. Bullshit!
I'm sure the media will never let us know how many Iraqi civilians die, because all the journalists are just a bunch of Bushites.
A bunch of Iraqi soldiers surrendered on TV, and the British forces said they found a bunch of dead officers amongst spent AK-47 cartridges, who were apparently killed by the Iraqi soldiers who wanted to surrender. Yeah, right. The British are butchers.
The World Court has already been preparing an indictment of Tony Blair for war crimes, even before the shooting started. Not soon enough, unless the Iraqis really, really hate their government.
I dare you to go to the al gazera reporter who is going with the american military and call him a "bushite".
You could be asking for a fatwah.
Most of the others would just look at you strangely and pass you some medicine.
Dear Lover of Peace & Mankind:
Where did you read the quotes from the Australian and the Marine about the dead bodies (the TRUE story, I'm certain, given the truth that always comes out later about US atrocities)? I'd like to send it everywhere I can and print it and pass it out. We have to be the media, especially now when the corporate whore media is pushing these appalling stories showing the US as good guys. A lot of mindless moderates were with us in peace and could change at this point if we don't get the truth out there. Please post that story and any others you find. Let's send them to Congress, to the media, to the foreign press, to churches, everywhere.
http://www.accessatlanta.com/ajc/news/iraq/0303/22irmain.html It's in the article. You are right, we are the only voices who can spread the truth of these atrocities because the media is sure not going to. Thank you for helping. Peace!
I am totally shocked and outraged! I just clicked on the link and they have taken that article out and replaced it with another. This is disgusting and horrible and only proves that everything is being controlled by the media and the government. I would like to investigate this matter a bit further but I'm leaving right now to go to the peace march at Hollywood and Vine.
Because of this article replacement incident, my voice will be so much louder today!
