Representative Waxman is being asked to support House Joint Resolution 20, which would repeal the authorization given to the President last October allowing the unilateral use of military force against Iraq. At this time, the only local area representatives to sponsor the resolution are Diane Watson district 33 and Maxine waters district 35.
