A report on NBC Nightly News with Tom Brokaw included an interesting tidbit, and a suggestion of covert US military missions inside Iraq. At the end of a video segment reporting on Iraq's agreement to destroy missiles was this:

"Tonight, Iraq has lodged a new complaint at the UN, a letter claiming American helicopters are flying secret missions inside Iraqi territory. Officials here say they're concerned the United States is trying to plant evidence of illegal weapons."

Well Scott can tell us where he was when you alledge he was mollesting your sheep (probably very far away) and then its your job to disprove his claim. However he has to make a claim.

I accept that proof of not doing somthing is difficult to make however just like in a court of law we ask him to create a plausible excuse or evidence so it can be our "straw man".
