Ken Andrews who was a former independent consultant doing basic labor tasks has recently formed an organization under false pretenses he calls the South Bay Music Awards. This show was the brain child of Al Bowman, lifetime Sout Bay resident and founder of the Annual Los Angeles Music Awards now in it's 13th year. Andrews, a disgrunteled telemarketer assisting Bowman in the past, has not only stolen LA Music Awards intellectual property, but is falsly claiming affiliation with the LA Music Awards as an associate producer. If you come across this individual please be warned that his actions are less than reputable...He is not what he claims to be.

I'm compel to respond to these allegations to defend the integrity of my reputation. The resulting comments made by Mr. Bowman are results of a business venture gone bad. I want go into detail or try to discriminate Mr. Bowman, (who at one time I considered a friend) but I will say that the aforementioned venture was very much a result of my service, of which I was insufficiently compensated for. I'm only practing a concept available to all individuals, free enterprise and competitive marketing. If these comments are not retracted and these libel allegations continue I will have no other recourse but to seek legal actions against Mr. Bowman and affiliates. Thanks for the public forum. I know Al Bowman and Ken Andrews. I know Al Bowman to be a sincere, hard working promoter with the best interests of the unsigned bands of LA at heart. I know Ken Andrews to be a delusional boot licker who is merely jealous of Mr. Bowman's success. I believe Mr. Andrews is suffering an emotional breakdown as a result of his execessive drinking. I was a model at the 2001 LA Music Awards. While Al Bowman was a complete professional, Ken Andrews on numerous occasions tried to grab my ass. I just wanted to warn all of you other models that might be tempted to go one of Mr. Andrew's showcases you better wear steel panties so that you don't get your ass grabbed like me.

Mr. Ken Andrews, a convicted felon in the State of California, who served hard time for criminal assault, was given multiple chances to prove his worth and abilities as a salesman and promoter. He failed each time has was given opportunities through our organization. He also stole work related materials, including the 2003 NAMM Directory and the Music Connection Hot 100 list that he continues to use without authorization. Attorney Angelyne Gates, a respected litigator who crushed a hostile takeover attempt by foreign business interests in 2002, warned us that Mr. Andrews was ill intentioned. He proved it by showing us all his personal knowledge of beastilality in the posting above, falsely claiming that it was written by respected journalist Alan C. Taylor Jr. Mr. Andrews is a dangerous opponent indeed, which is why I would have to recommend that if you get involved with him on any level, your own pets are not safe. For the record, the South Bay Music Awards are scheduled for June 5th at the Pearl in Redondo Beach. Mr. Andrews is falsely claiming a different day and venue. He is a liar and a fraud and apparently, an ass grabber. He has defied numerous requests from Attorney Gates to cease and desist his activities. We do not wish to litigate with anyone, particularly someone with so many emotional issues as Mr. Andrews. However, Ms. Gates has moved forward with an injunction request to the courts that will stop this this madman once and for all. Hopefully, Mr. Andrews will continue his display of ignorant defiance and we will be able to incarcerate him in a facility that will give him the care that he needs under strict supervision.

This is the real Al Taylor, not another fraud perpetrated by that freak Ken Andrews. I do not have sex with dogs, but apparently judging by Ken's extremely intimate knowledge of beastiality, I'm sure he does. I have told the complete truth about the fraud Ken Andrews is perpetrating in the name of the South Bay Music Awards. This man is not to be trusted. I've been folllowing this and up to this point it seemed like a partnership or a venture gone sour but now it's becoming very cruel. Innocent people are being affected by this. Here's my two cent:
Al, I think you're a piece of shit. I know Ken and his wife personally and I know for a fact that these people invited you into there household and showed you nothing but love at a time when you were in dire need and this is the way you repay them with these scandalous comments being posted. Ken is a big boy and I'm sure he will handle this issue accordingly, but his wife Shelley is the salt of the earth and to see her this upset , really pisses me off. Being this cruel against people who haven't done anything but try and help you, is plain evil. Well Al, consider yourself lucky because had this been family that's being talked about in this manner, I would find you and kick your motherfucking ass. Ken Andrews and South Bay Music Awards

I knew he was a "scammer" when he called me gorgeous before even knowing what I looked like. Once we met (someone recommended he contact me to help him promote his events) he used the term babe and hon, which I found surprising because he (says he's) younger than I am, but those trms are usually uttered by Old Men.

When he called me on the phone after meeting, he made comments over the phone like "You make my jeans tight" "You're HOT, when was the last time you got laid?", I was inclined to do a search on his name.
I put it off until he "touched"/brushed his hand against my ass. (Was it on purpose or was it by accident?)

That prompted the actual search which is how I wound up here.

After reading the other comments (esp the "dog story") I have no alternative than to think this guy is a SLIMEBAG. The "Model Search" which he boasted 20-30 models only attracted TWO (perhaps others have had their bottoms brushed?).

The last "off" comment I heard
was him telling his side kick at the event,
"I'll get you laid..."

Ken Andrews may have a good ear for music but I have no interest in aiding him exploit people for his own pleasure.
