1.0 CIVIL OFFICIAL'S ABUSE CASES

Part of the Finnish Public Authorities (i. e. a member of the Police Force, Layer or other Public Authority equal to) have abused their citizens' trust. These State Officials have acquired illegal property or other monetary benefit by making incorrect and false conclusions, refusing to write reports of an offense, conducting political criminal investigations, or refusing to make and place a report of an offense against a State Official.

Members of The Juridical System together with Police Force representatives have found guilty in malicious accusations, abusing Enforcement Law -by using and turning it against its own citizen- and trying to commit end-conclusions, which these Officials' educational and professional expertise have not been sufficient (ISBN 951-98052-2-2).

Previously mentioned occupational group's only goal have been causing financial damage: achieved aims fit to Marxist theories according to Stalinist dogmas, as well as racism Finnish-Swedish layers practice towards Finnish native born citizen. Part of these Finnish Civil Officials are living 'well off' life paid by those, whose property was abused, embezzled or ruined by the same officials.

2.0 PUBLICATION RELATED TO PROFESSIONAL SKILLS, POLICE AND ENFORCEMENT ACT

When analyses and research were done on Police's, Police Officer's and Layer's Education, it became quite clear, that professional qualifications according to scientific values are not very high in this education: curriculum is mainly based on 'socio-economical' studies, which scientific value is less important and more relative in its content to a curriculum consisting math, physics, medicine or chemistry.

Since none of these disciplines include previously mentioned subjects, can not the conclusions committed or presented by these representatives' valued very high - even conclusions were done according to The Police, The Enforcement or any other Act.

Typically functions and procedures follow patters and lack expertise. Because people lack professional skills or due to political reasons, crimes wished not to be solved out. Characteristic feature to the Finnish Police Force and Legal System is hypocrisy and people serving in them trying to make themselves more important they are. A researcher is valued based on his result(s) and his values is not based on hypocrisy. In real science making oneself important do not have any impact on his expertise - unlike in the Police and Layer post. Referenced publication is ISBN 951-98052-2-2.

3.0 REGISTERED INFORMATION IN POLICE AND LEGAL REGISTERS CENTRE DATABASES

The information fed into Police and Legal Registers with Police level education can, must and should be questioned. In complex political 'cat and mouse' -play cases the information found from these databases has usually no real ground what so ever. Usually political and personal relations are the reason, why some people can make themselves look more important than they really are. Ignorance is one main reason too, why registers contain false and incorrect data.

4.0 SYSTEMATIC AIM OF THE STATE OFFICIALS

Systematically committed State Official crimes are aimed to weaken financial circumstances and Finnish Security Police has participated in these actions.

Due to these crimes taken place on our territory, I do consider necessary the act of requesting foreign intelligence and military intelligence agencies, national and foreign businessmen to help. People having committed criminal activities on government post, having participated in Stalinist and racist activity, should be listed and lists published to protect innocent people. I am also asking military intelligence to punish outside Finnish territory those State Officials who has not followed agreed rules in our society (a physical punishment request), since these people are not accessible using their own law against them (see the reference publication for basis). Unambiguously these State Official cases come down to playing with human beings and violating Law systematically. We are not talking about 'one individual case'.

For the same reasons I am asking a new proceeding to take place in the foreign immigration; refugees coming from Finland would get their compensations on top of the State Trade Billing between Finland and United Kingdom. It is obvious, that Finns will pay the price in a way or an other, since they have made the bill with their national policy lining. A remark is made to Foreign State Officials not believe to Finnish State Officials unless presented matter can be verified to be true.

5.0 STATE POSTS

Minister level government posts should be monitored, since it seems to be, that some people are in charge of these systematic problems.
