Innocence Lost: War At What Cost.
Can we sit by idly, while our freedoms and rights ebb away without using them to take a stand? Can we in good conscience allow unprecedented acts of horror and greed to be committed under our name and in our stead? At what point do we become silent accomplices in the agenda of usurping regime. If we allow this one act to occur, we will render ourselves impotent. Instead of a democracy with the voice of the many, we will oligarchic whims of a few dictate to all what they should think and do. We need to take a definitive action that will allow us to find our voice and show the world. We counter that to let these actions go by unchallenged is un-American. To not standup and make a difference for what you believe in will be our tragedy.
UBO is prepared to make that stand. We are willing to risk all to make a lasting testament to Freedom, that will let those in the present and those in the future know that we stood for more; we stood for something noble and gallant. That we stood for peace.
On March 14, we will be releasing an anti-war single to radio and a mp3 to the net for free with an all-star cast of artists who have pledged their talents and voices to making a stand. It will be available on www.ubo.com. Also check out the “War at What Cost” T-shirt and make a statement. War’s cost is just too high a price to pay. All profit from the T-shirt and record sales go directly to the “Not in Our Name” (http://www.notinourname.net/) movement.
