At present, he has access to all manner of classified information and "he's in the

He was allegedly investigated in 1980s for possible ties to the Israeli espionage
case involving Jonathan Jay Pollard. (Steinberg 10-26-2001)
"An FBI summary of a 1970 wiretap recorded Perle discussing classified
information with someone at the Israeli embassy. He came under fire in 1983
when newspapers reported he received substantial payments to represent the
interests of an Israeli weapons company. Perle denied conflict of interest, insisting
that, although he received payment for these services after he had assumed his
position in the Defense Department, he was between government jobs when he

The american people are well educated. However they are politically def and most cases politically blind. It was once reported that up to 50 of the senate and law makers are jews which is no biggy to most americans. But it doesn't take a genius to realize that some of those jewish senators (not all of them) have put Israel's interest ahead of the american people's interest. Did u ever think why we are so deeply interested in the middle. Why we helped and funded Iraq to fight Iran? Why we killed Egyption president Naser? Why we turned the other cheeck when our battleship in Med. Sea was bombed by Israel's War planes in the 60's. Richard Perle is yet another example, willing to sacrifice American lives in order to ensure the safety and well being of his country, Israel. Reading this article, it makes me wonder how can someone with shadowy history get into a position as he is in today after it has been proven that last time he was in similar situation, revealed our secrets to the Israel...

...was a consultant to Netanyahu. The PNAC document "Project for a New American Century" was almost entirely cribbed for the planning document that Perle and his cohorts wrote for Netanyahu - aimed at getting the U.S. to do Israel's heavy lifting (dying) for them.

He is a dual citizen of the U.S. and Israel - and given his work in Iraeli Politics for the Likudniks must be given the "gimlet eye" as far as his questionable loyalty to this country. He is part of the "Israel First" crowd. Which is fine if he wants to be in ISRAELI Politics.

I have also read speculation that he might be the "Mega" - top Mossad Mole that U.S. Intelligence was concerned about.

Throw in his ties to unsavory business dealings and you have someone I do not want working in MY Government.

Too bad Perle left only his chairman seat. he still is on the board.
If he is to really take the high road by stepping down, he must be removed from the actual board. It is the only just action.
