Big.
Jackson Brown from the stage said, "thanks to all the celebrities" and a chant from the crowd yelled "more celbrities." But when Slash from GNR wailed the guitar during "masters of war" I melted like a puddle.
Seriously though, great march, great cause. I had fun. What more to say?

Well, if Guns and Roses AND the immortal Slash are against the war, then it CERTAINLY must not be a very smart thing to do.
And shouldn't Jackson Browne be home beating Daryl Hannah. What a crew.

B.D.,
You would appear to contradict yourself by promoting war but opposing violence!
The military are looking for more fools like you!

...there's no contradiction at all. If Daryl had WMD and was willing to use them, then maybe the whiny J.B. would be within his rights to pop her. How about it Daryl? Are you packing? This last knucklehead wants to know.
And I'm already a general AND an admiral, so the military is out for me.

Your "logic" is ingenious.
Hmm, reminds me of military "intelligence". Can you say that? In-tel-li-gence.
I can't here you soldier!i

Since you couldn't here me, I'll speek a little lowder.
Iraq has had 4 uninterrupted years to conceal their WMD. We are avidly searching for them. Just because we haven't found the smoking gun yet, doesn't mean they aren't there. Sooner or later, there will be an incident, maybe some inspectors will get too close and have a "car accident" or something, and then the balloon will go up. Leftists, such as yourself, are opposed to this, prefering to wait until the next big bang in an American city. Personally, I'm not.
And hows this for a contradiction- Jackson Browne is against war, but not against beating up his girlfriend! And come to think of it, didn't the legendary Axl Rose do the same thing? Of course if he's not still fronting GNR, I withdraw the objection.
Get a clue, people. They want to kill us all, and make no distinction between me and you.

Dear Gomer,
You obviously believe everything you read and hear with no clue as to whose interests are at hand that is delivering the "messages"!
That's OK! You're just a soldier. You're not suppose to ask questions - just follow orders!

Yes, you are obviously MUCH more informed and plugged in than I am, poor bastard that I am. Say hi to the boys at Al Jazeera for me, dickweed.
Just cause Noam Chomsky says it, it ain't necessarily so.

Hey monkey-man!
I really piss you off, don't I! I bet you'd just love to slit my throat or blow my head off! But then again, that's all a dim-witted, jar-head like you can muster up!
I've produced more credible concoctions in my morning toilet!

Don't flatter yourself, junior. A bullet would easily cost me 25 cents, and you aren't worth it.
Isn't it time for your PoliSci class, boy? See ya round the campus.

Apparently, Bob's time isn't worth much.
For all the time he's already spent on this issue, it's worth less than 25 cents.
Would you like fries with that?
