that a BRAZILIAN feels qualified to comment on US environmental policy.
Here we are in a nation which has among the best rankings of emissions per GDP, and Brazil is dead last, and a Brazilian wants to knock us. I think Lautuff ought to take a look around his own house before he starts throwing stones.

Who do you owe it to, then? Certainly quite a bit of it is owed to Brazil, in fact. The US has an enormous trade deficit with Brazil.
