CHILD SEAT BELT LAW KILLS AGAIN
Nearly every day the news reports a child dying in the back seat of the parents car after having been forgotten by their loving parents. How is such a thing possible?
A law was passed a few years ago requiring parents to place their young children in the back seat of their car. It is apparent that this is what has led to the increasing number of child deaths. Why? Before the law was passed the child rode in front with the parents and there was probably mutual stimulating communication, which not only kept the child awake, but the parents aware of their presence. Solution: Return the child to the front seat, or at least attach an alarm to the car that warns the parent that there is someone (whether child or pet) in the back seat of the car that must be attended to before they lock up and walk away.

No, the seat belt didn't kill when the parent walk away, the parent should not be a parent. How can a parent forget their child? That is child abuse.
Most parents today spend very little time (not to mention quality time) with their children. The less time spent with the child, the greater the possibility they will be forgotten, especially if the parent is driving the child somewhere that they normally don't take them...a ride that is usually provided by the other parent, a grandparent, or babysitter.
