If you go to Palestine and see their constitution, it clearly says "Israel has no right to exist." That means the Jews (Israel) suck to them. They're constantly fighting for land that ritefully belongs to the Jews. And, Sharon isn't really the butcher. When you stop to think about it, it's actually Yasser Arafat and his goons from the P.L.O. (I believe you're smart enough to know what those letters mean.) You know before that Islamic mosque was in Jerusalem, there used to be a temple built by King Solomon. Now the temple's destroyed, and the mosque is in its place. I saw an article very similer to this posted a few days ago. The only difference was a few key words. Instead of "Israeli", it said "Jew". I think that people who saw this a few days ago will remember. It also seems to be a noteable observation to say that many people (Both left and right and certainlly not all in either faction) use the term Zionist and Jew interchangeably to convey a message of hate.

Another thing to consider is that not all people who call themselves Zionists are using the conotation that you might have in your mind. Their were and still are very democratic and even libertarian socialist(read anarchist) forms of Zionism.

In fact, the early Chalutzim (Settlers) made it a point to settle on land they thought was vacant. When these anti-authoritarian marxist and libertarian settlers had sold all their posessions and fled persecution in Eastern Europe, they arrived on land that was sometimes inhabitted by Arab tennet farmers. The landowners, usually rich effendis living in what is now Syria and Jordan did not let the tennent farmers of the immigrant Jews know this information. The result was two very different cultures being forced to live side by side.

Later the Arab leaders and effendi pitted the Arab peasents against the socialist settlers in fear that the settlers ideas might catch in the Arab population. In fact, after the second alliya, strikes and unions began to occur and take shape respectivelly in Arab industry, commerce, and agriculture in the region.

As for refering to Zionists as Nazis (the terms zionazi and nazionist), this is nothing but anti-semetism. You can not justly compare even the Israeli state to the nazis. You can make a fairer comparison to apartheid in S. Africa. But once again, not all forms of zionism are the zionism of the israeli state.

While anti-semitism means "against semetic people" (of which arabs and ethiopians are included), any logical human being knows that the term was always used in reference to Jews as a race or ethnicty, not other semetic people.

It was created to allude to more scientific means to hate Jews (The term "Judenhas" means Jew-hating and was the term used before Mahr's creation). There were also no Arabs or Ethiopians in Germany at the time, only Jews. Thus I and any logical human being is forced to conclude with this information that the term means "the hatred of Jews on a racial and ethnic basis, not a religious one".
