Protecting private property is a crime in Socialist Finland

by Ake Tyvi Wednesday, Mar. 06, 2002 at 12:24 AM

In Socialist Finland things work a bit differently. It is a crime to protect your personal property; this means protecting your house, income as an entrepreneur, family or health is classified as ‘a crime’. At socialist nation things are and work in reverse, in spite of ‘The Law’ saying, that these are the values to protect.

PROTECTING PRIVATE PROPERTY IS A CRIME IN SOCIALIST FINLAND

FINLAND - When Police has stolen your heritage property, you naturally would like them to be prosecuted for the crime.

At Finland things work a bit differently. It is a crime to protect your personal property; this means protecting your house, income as an entrepreneur, family or health is classified as ‘a crime’. At socialist nation things are and work in reverse, in spite of ‘The Law’ saying, that these are the values to protect.

I suppose a normal everyday person finds this hard to believe? If so, then you should read a shot case study below. It explains, how third largest police district and prosecutor's office handles private property violations in Finland.

Here is the story for you, and remember "it is the practise that counts at the end".

I visited District Prosecutor’s office at VANTAA yesterday (Monday March 4 2002). I needed to ask from the Prosecutor, why against Valkeakoski Police and Prosecutor has not been made a writ within three weeks, since these people have stolen property from the heritage. Theft has got at least two witness and the property is lost. As the curator of the estate, I should be in charge of the property - of the stolen and lost property.
At the Prosecutor’s Office I face the leading prosecutor Tom Söderlund at the corridor, and as soon as I see him, he demands me to get out of his office. I can not even present my question about the property violation. I start shouting to confirm the fact, just to see if someone at his office would be able to understand the meaning of the theft. -If the leading prosecutor can not understand, what stealing and taking someone else’s property away means, then we have chosen the wrong people to do the prosecutor’s job.
One of the office official asked police patrol to remove me from the Prosecutor’s Office, since I just happened to be interested in where the property I happen to be in charge of has been lost.
So, I decided to make a report of an offence against these people. In stead of waiting the police to arrive, I walked to the police. At the police station, making the report of an offence stops immediately, when police find out, that the report of an offence is against the leading prosecutor and is involving the police. In stead of writing down my report of an offence, the duty officer asks his boss to come by. His boss dials the prosecutor’s office number, makes ‘a chit chat’ and no report is made. Can You believe this? All against common sense and understanding of western just; the point is to make a report of an offence against these people, so they could be examined. These people are able to escape from their responsibility when no report is made!
Next thing I find out, is the fact of me being accused of being violent and police having a case against me based on ‘violence’ - verbal violence hurts you! A theft victim is trying to make a report of an offence against civil officials, and suddenly he is being accused of being violent. A victim of socialist government has become an other kind of a victim and the technique is to silent him.
Three and half year educated police has stolen property, escaped from responsibility and is ending his investigation to a such clause like ‘violent’. What can say any longer?

Socialist Finland seem to be fine tuned in two ways; if You are a blue collar, then you may enjoy your life as much as you can - as a normal bloke, but as a white collar you have to support social democrat ideology to succeed.

Finnish Police and academically educated people know how to take care of their job on government post; I have lost my park residential, job at the university, property, part of my health and ten year income in a fake court trial. All because of Finnish white collars.

I do not like this nation for one simple reason. When you are able to understand how smart someone is, then you are also able to estimate his/her move. These officials have turned out to be those, who should be paid in peanuts.

Best part of the story is Sebaot, who asked me to say you "Finland has violated against their own law, and thus it can be overturn". At least I am not going to pay to a State living at my cost, are you?

Finland Socialist?

by Anti-Fascist Wednesday, Mar. 06, 2002 at 8:40 AM

Sounds like Finland is a quasi-Soviet style state-run capitalist monopoly. If everything is owned by the state, this is what you get. This is not Socialism. Socialism, in fact, has never actually been attempted. An economy Democratically owned and run by the working class as an equal partnership is Socialism, in a nutshell.

While Finland is bad enough, you definately don't want to live in America if you don't like police states. Here, cops not only can steal your property, they can also take your life and consistently escape prosecution.

property rights under socialism

by questioner Thursday, Mar. 07, 2002 at 1:59 AM

What are the extent of property rights under socialism?

Sure, you can say that it's all owned by the proletariat, but where are the borders between properties, and what is private property?

If I own three cars, is that too many, and can one be liberated for someone who has none?

If I own an acre of land in the open, and then, people move in around me and it becomes dense, must I share some of my land with these newcomers. At what point do I not "own" the property anymore?

Who makes these judgements? Is it the state?

Suppose the state is populated by uptight people who decree that feather boas, ice cream, boom boxes, and expensive sneakers are not necessary. Suppose that they decided that classical orchestras, gardening, car washes, and hats are necessary. What's going to happen?
