You know those banners that appear on TV constantly through the news reporting? The ones that loudly proclaim in lurid shades of red, white, and blue: "ATTACK ON AMERICA" or "AMERICA UNDER ATTACK" as if perhaps you may forget if they didn't keep it up there all the time. All these banners seem to emphasize a war model least you imagine for a moment that there might be another way of framing events (criminal, for example). Well here is a banner you may never see. Apparently it doesn't transmit one of the pre-approved messages.
