The report from BBC's South Asia bureau was posted on the main IMC site. I'm reposting it here due to it's critical implications. It seems that the U.S. had already planned to invade Afghanistan to install a new puppet government; the WTC tragedy is being used as a convenient "cover" for doing what otherwise might have been unacceptable to the American people.

Maybe the Taliban knew about this invasion, and leaked the info to the people around bin Laden. Had the US begun the invasion, security would have been raised around the US, and any attack on North America would have been impossible.
