WASHINGTON -- The Rev. Jesse Jackson is considering bowing out of the protests this weekend here during the inauguration of President Bush, due to the revelations about his affair with a staff member in Operation PUSH.
Jackson is planning to withdraw permanently from public life, as well.
No further details were available at deadline.
I'm sick of these preachers, who want a little strange for themselves but would deny us. fuck off!
jackson called no marches in Washington. He has no say in the matter. Initially he was going to Florida and he probably still will.
Jesse Jackson works for the Democratic Party. He is not a dissident or very interesting for that matter.
What a dipshit. Jackson isn't retiring--he's taking a leave of absence. His march was set for Florida. The DC marches are leaderless and cannot be called off by some high-profile Democrat. And don't forget, when you are mimicking a press release, to include your phony organization name right after the city. Dipshit.
--aon anon, and on.
Yeah -- that post was freaking weak.
No fan of Jesse's -- but that doesn't make me happy about this development.
