We all saw what happened when there was a groundswell against Clintonism during the WTO protests in Seattle last year. At every level of government involved in urging on and justifying the police repression we saw here in Seattle last year, from the Mayor of Seattle to the Governor of Washington to the President of the United States, they are all purportedly "liberal" Democrats. Then of course there was the police riots against protestors during the DNC, where the LAPD bravely charged an unarmed crowd with horses and beat protester with batons. So what does unity mean? It means don't shut down the WTO, go quietly to the DNC every four years, applaud for the conservative Southern Dixiecrat presidential nominee on queue and submit.

Show me one condemnation from the Sierra Club for any of Gore's betrayals on the environment over the past eight years. I want Bush elected because at least the Sierra Club will openly oppose him when he tries to open up previously untouched Alaskan wilderness for oil exploration. Elect Gore and previously unexplored Alaskan wilderness will be opened up for new oil drilling and the Sierra Club won't do a damn thing about it. Remember the court injunction against old growth forest logging in Spotted Owl habitat? That was a hard fought victory obtained when Bush, Sr. was president. GORE OVERTURNED THE BAN ON OLD FOREST LOGGING IN SPOTTED OWL HABITAT AND THE SIERRA CLUB DIDN'T DO A DAMN THING ABOUT IT! Yeah, let's have "unity" while lying for Al Gore about his record. "Unity" with the Gore campaign means we support the overturn of the injunction of old growth forest logging in Spotted Owl habitat.
