The radio traffic, as overheard through speakers on the thousands of cop walkie-talkies, not by "illegal" scanners which couldn't hear most of it anyway, sounded like Star Wars. They couldn't even get their damn war right. I know what a real war sounds like on the radio, and I've heard it better from 8-year-olds playing army.
