We hope the protesters in Philly sit in jail until after the events in LA are over...
PLEASE PHILLY...KEEP THE PROTESTERS IN JAIL! We don't need them in LA! Our police officers are over worked and they have better things to do than "baby sit" a bunch of spoiled kidds who have never had to work for a living!
We hope that the Chief of police and LAPD give these "babies" a good spanking and send them home with arrest numbers!
I would be willing to sniff tear gas if it means not having property damaged and looted. Chief of police use what ever means possible to prevent the takeover of our streets by these thugs...

D2KLA claims to "speak for the people" then why don't they start to listen to us....."stay home." I am glad to see that someone has jumped into the act. I just may try to publish my own artical and voice support for the City of LA.

Yes. Please do publish your own "artical."
Nothing could be better motivation for the people who actually live in LA to speak their minds than to see just how poorly thought out the opinions of their opponents are, how childish the resistance.
If any of you had been able to make a reasoned critique, you might have made your fellow LA residents think twice: "is street protest really the way to go? It this the best way to get through to people?"
And you've shown us the way. You are simpering dolts and all your information comes from television. Okay, fine. We wil create clear messages and get them on TV for ya.
Thanks for the pointers, Studio City and Chattsworth! Keep up the good work!!

Thanks to the LAPD for making their voices heard here by pretending to be non-cops that are anti-protester. Great.

Just remember what this country is based on, it seems a lot of you living in this police state have forgotten what it means to live in the U.S. FIGHT THE POWER! don't believe the crap you see on TV it is all censored, read, make up your own mind, only a society where there is change is a living society, the rest is a represt police state

by Good Bye LA-hello Valley City
I am not happy with the City of LA and so I have supported the Valley becoming a City of their own.
Even though I unhappy I do not intend to brun and loot the City of LA..I act like and adult and fight with my vote and voice.
I use my income to support my actions and voice.
I have no intent to burn Sherman Oaks just to prove a point this is lawless and nobody will support it.
Any you wonder why the Media ignores you- try acting like the rest of the people in this city and your cuase may be understood...

the amount of activists in the present movement who engage in property damage is less than a half percent. in fact the moevement here in philly was peaceful except for the questionable behavior of police behind closed doors. it dangerous to advocate the expansion of the power state has in the arbitrary application of its laws for the purposes of reassuring those who have been given largely erroneous and incomplete analyses of the objects of their fear. there is no need to fear us. you are given equal footing as we are in a forum that we are putting the energy (volunteer, i might add) into building and maintaining. this is a situation which i fully support and believe to be essential. i embrace your participation in this forum and i suggest you do a little digging on the philly imc site to get a more extensive understanding of where the majority of activists stand on the issues that seem to be worrisome to you. we are all non-violent and many of us have made efforts to discourage overt acts of property destruction (of which there was actually very little in philly --- outside of isolated occurences). while it is not clear that the VERY SMALL portion of our number who believe in the legitimacy of property destruction (like i said less than 1 percent of our numbers) have been persuaded to alter their beliefs, what is clear is that they are also interested in explaining those beliefs. this is also available at imc philly. the most important statement in this regard that addresses your apparent concerns is their devotion to avoid mom-and-pop and grassroots property as legitimate targets of action. while i will not take a stance on this issue myself, i think that the stance of this faction has not been failry disseminated and that their relative size within the movement has been largley inflated in the offial condemnations pouring out of corporate media. please wait until you see a widespread occurence of dangerous misbehavior before you make up your mind about the justice movement and its participants. we are all nice people --- even the ones who think that it is ok to reappropriate (actually, since seattle they have eschewed random "destruction" in favor of this form of behavior) property in order to achieve their goals --- and we are interested in talking to people about the issues we find important and underrepresented. we won't hurt you, so please try not to sick the state on us. you never know when they will become concerned about the behavior of you and your friends. at that point one thing you can expect is for them to arrest you for attempting to film the covert beating that your friend is suffering. this is behavior that we refuse to engage in (even the black bloc folks) --- who are the terrorists again?
