When the Rampart Sacandal broke, Parks stood behind the LAPD, saying that there were *no* systematic problems in his department.

What a load of crap! It's hard to choose between the numerous falacies and lies in each paragraph. I guess I'll pick a few and leave the rest for others to comment on.

Assuming the truth of your assertion about your alleged understanding of our constitutional rights (for amusement purposes), it is nevertheless obvious that you are unable to distinguish between a 'small band' and the much larger group of lawful, peaceful, non-violent protesters.

The LAPD beat and shot at people who were in no way associated with your 'small band of hooligans'. The larger group of hooligans, who should rightly be arrested and charged with criminal behaviour is the LAPD, and you as there 'leader'.

Yes we are all impressed by the restraint shown by the LAPD when it comes to arresting and charging agent provocateurs, while beating and shooting innocent protesters who are struggling to find some way to put power back in the hands of the poeple.
