Why don't the police go out and arrest the car drivers responsible for the second worst air quality in the nation, second only to Bush's home state. 75% of our air quality problem comes from mobile sources, LAPD, get on bikes, join the bikers and help us clean up LA and SoCal's air quality! I have a vision of clear summer skies from the coast to Palm Springs in the next 10 years and bikes are a key element of realizing that vision, don't arrest the pioneers, join them and reward them for their corageous efforts to clean our City of the Angels.
