We desperately need a political vehicle for people's power. With all due respect to my anarchist, socialist and liberal friends, we have little hope of ousting the Republicrats without building a broad and inclusive popular alliance, that is totally independent of the two sold-out parties.
It will take ALL OF US, a true Rainbow Coalition (without Jesse J. this time, he'll be too busy kissing Gore's butt), to fight the power and the money of the corporate oligarchs and their global war machine. Ralph Nader and the Green Party offer us a chance to finally put this movement on the map politically and carve out a common ground.
The 2000 campaign is just the beginning. No way would they let Ralph near the White House, but that doesn't mean we can't create a political earthquake this November.
Go Greens!

I admit I wasn't there at the time, but this looks like something someone's knocked up using Photoshop. Do we have any other photos or independent confirmation of this stunt?

It is true, the sky is the limit. We can communicate our message to millions every day if we are creative and energetic. Fortunately we don't all need to be pilots. The night, some political consciousness, and spray paint can go a long way! The success so many folks have had in using the net and microradio is also inspiring. Keep thinking, keep "innovating." The "wrench" is going into the system!!

Very creative. Don't forget friends, we're SMARTER than the goons!
A huge banner on poles reading "Let Nader Debate" also appeared briefly on Faux News Channel during the RATM concert. Of course the talking heads ignored it, while blathering away at how "irrelevant" the protests were.
We MUST get Nader into the debates. We can WIN this election if that happens. (Governor Ventura was polling low single digits before the Republicrats in Minnesota made the mistake of allowing him into the debates). Check out www.votenader.org for additional info.
Peace and solidarity.

The Nader Sky Message was some resourceful, brilliant activism to pull off! THANK YOU!!! The media's censorship of Nader and the issues he's raising is so disgusting and this was a wonderfully creative way of getting beyond that. While I'm sending these kudos I want to share a an article at http://www.nostatusquo.com/Nader/ on the Feminists for Nader website called "The Nader Dilemma". This is a clarifying and provoking article. Please check it out and share it with your friends! There's also some good "Vote Nader" graphics on our supporters page that you can put on your websites or leaflets.

What a joy it was to be marching in the streets of LA to demand our issues be heard when all of a sudden I turned and looked heavenward: N-A-D-E-R . . .
Here we are now at the election moving towards a clearer vision of a progressive movement. Voting my conscience is a breath of fresh air! Look up, and VOTE NADER & LaDUKE!
