SHERMAN AUSTIN WAS TRANSFERRED TODAY

THANK YOU FOR ALL OF YOUR SUPPORT-- SHERMAN WAS TRANSFERRED TODAY

THANK YOU FOR ALL OF YOUR SUPPORT-- SHERMAN WAS TRANSFERRED TODAY

The prison was overwhelmed with phone calls, letters, e-mails, and faxes. I've also been working with Maria Stratton (head supervisor at the FPD office) trying to expedite Sherman's transfer. Pressure was applied from all sides.

I visited Sherman yesterday and he said that prison officials interviewed him earlier that day regarding threats. They asked him if there was anything that they could do for him. Sherman replied, "Transfer me out of here." Prison officials commented on the overwhelming amount of support that Sherman was receiving--they seemed surprised that he had such a large and diverse support group on the outside. They asked Sherman questions about the web site raisethefist.com and asked him about threats posted to the site. Although I question the intent of the BOP, I am trying to remain positive--We are hoping for Lompoc.

I don't know where they transferred him--I will post as soon as I find out AND I will continue to put the pressure on the Marshall and Federal Public Defenders office until I locate Sherman.

Thanks to all of you for your phone calls, letters, faxes, and e-mails. Your strength and diligence are what keeps me going.

If you sent mail to the San Bernardino address it will be returned—I encourage you to call the prison and request that the prison return your letter ASAP. In the mean time please send letters to:

Sherman Austin

12115 Magnolia Blvd. #155

North Hollywood, CA 91607

The response letter to Feinstein is almost finished. We are planning a mass mailing campaign to Feinstein, Ashcroft, Judge Wilson, FPD office, and various officials. I will collect Feinstein letters and personally deliver. The letter should be posted by tomorrow.

I plan on spending the day calling attorneys—Sherman wants to withdraw the plea. I have one attorney who is interested in reviewing the case (his fee is $10,000 to review) and many more to contact. I have a three page list of interested legal and media people that I need to contact. Sherman sends his love to all of you.

Best, JMR

HE WILL STILL BE RESTRICTED

by KOBE Saturday, Sep. 13, 2003 at 4:20 PM

His probation clearly prohibit his association with you dissident morons, and severly restricts his computer access and ownership. I hope your "support" doesnt end up extending his prison sentence, or causing him to "get another case". Sure....keep the dude safe while he's in prison, but dont endanger him further by helping him violate his probation.

KOBE, go terminate yourself.

You are unwanted here. You are an asshole. You are a pathetic display of psychosis. Go find a rope and hang yourself.

Sherman

Interesting that someone who so despised the government so willingly turned himself in. At least Eric Rudolph (who also mistrusts and hates the government) did not willingly allow himself to be taken prisoner by the government he despised, nor did David Koresh or Randy Weaver. Had Sherman been brave, he would have fled from the government, defying them, a hero on the run. By submitting himself to the very government he wished would crumble, he has shown that he is not willing to fight the system on his own terms. He should have determined that it would have been better to live free than to become a prisoner of his enemy. Very sad.

ok duder

So you know all this

'I visited Sherman yesterday and he said that prison officials interviewed him earlier that day regarding threats. They asked him if there was anything that they could do for him. Sherman replied, "Transfer me out of here." Prison officials commented on the overwhelming amount of support that Sherman was receiving--they seemed surprised that he had such a large and diverse support group on the outside. Although I question the intent of the BOP, I am trying to remain positive--We are hoping for Lompoc. '"

but dont know where he was transferred. ok douche.

this line takes the cake

"they seemed surprised that he had such a large and diverse support group on the outside"

Oh as opposed to his support on the inside. This shit is so made up it hurts. Looking forward to your next fictional post.

And so, he shows what he's REALLY made of.

"Interesting that someone who so despised the government so willingly turned himself in."

He was just fine hatching anti-police attack plans such as this:

"If more aggressive approach was desired, one group of protesters would lead the police in a trap by making a quick assault and falling back immediately afterwards, as if fleeing the scene. The police would usually pursue them haphazardly, falling easy prey to a flanking attack of other protesters who would suddenly rush out from side streets."

What....did he think that running a website from his bedroom and publishing such overt garbage would go unnoticed? When the FBI came to his home, he tucked his little tail and caved in like a good little pseudo-anarchist. FUCK ANARCHISTS. There are great government surveillance plans in place to catch you fools, and today's latest story about the Pomona raid http://la.indymedia.org/news/2003/09/82638.php is just more of the same. GOOD FOR THE FBI.

I hope they round up all of you morons and give Shermie some company.

KOBE, kill yourself.

I'm glad the FBI are cracking down on these people. Free speech is not to be abused by those spreading violence and hatred.
