BTW: I know people who conduct those surveys for clearchannel. I know they're corrupt and self serving and I know for a fact he does not enjoy nearly 60% approval rating. The numbers they call are only people who they think agree with them. So more accurately your statement should read '68 (actually 61)% of the people we thought loved bush actually still support him'. In all reality he enjoys maybe 20% approval and about 30% 'tolerance'. Meaning about 1 out of 2 americans totally fucking hates him.

For those not aware of what i'm talking about, I was signing as 'Pissed Off in Ohio' for a long time but have since decided to just go by my first name. I'd use my full name but i expect some vindictive little gov employees would try to bring repurcussions down on my families head, which they don't deserve.

I could probably craft a little javascript to forcibly remove any comment signed by bush admirer. Unfortunately i don't have a mac to develop on so you mac users won't be able to use that. And javascript

runs kinda slow, especially for document rewriting on big docs.



I could make a php script to accomplish the same thing that would run much faster and universally, but would need somewhere to house it. The same script could remove the 'xxxxxxxxxxx....' crap i think BA also likes to do when he is totally without anything resembling an arguement.



Don't get me wrong, i'm not a big one for censorship but when was the last time BA said anything resembling an intelligent statement, or even a statement worth consideration. I've been haunting this place for months and i have yet to see a single statement by him that wasn't completely worthless.

I'm willing to be 1 out of 10 internet users along the west coast has heard of la/sf/portland imc, visited one or all of them and returned at least once. I'd say its entirely possible that at least a quarter of them come back regularly to keep up on whats going on. The regulars do the posting, and shoot down your half baked little attempts at debate, and the rest sit back and watch, happy not to get their hands dirty dealing with little fuckwits like yourself. I took my turn on the back burner for a couple monthes as i recovered from our darkest day (the day the invasion kicked off), now i'm back in a more proactive role. Be sure that there are plenty more to take my place when i've had enough.

yes, you're right, I agree. I am simply fed up with their bullshit. I have long held the ability to forcibly shut them the hell up and have refrained because it strikes me as fairly immoral. But damn if they don't make it fucking tempting sometimes.



For the record, I really do have a huge chip on my shoulder (seriously its like a fucking boulder), and I guess it looks like I have a huge ego too.. The reason i would disagree on that point though is that I'm not just talking shit, I'm completely capable of producing everything i've said. As for the peabrain... who knows, thats all relative anyways. I'm good with code though, that much is certain.



I don't presume to tell these people what to think, only that i wish they would try to produce conversation with *some* substance... Any substance, even if i don't agree with it, would be better than all this bullshit they keep flooding the board with. It makes it excessively annoying to hold a reasonable conversation, and because of that i feel it may deserve some questionable tactics to preserve the ability to use this board as the resource it was designed to be.



Anyways, your statement seems objective and i can't dispute it, I am acting a little childish i admit, but what are we to do here. The admin of the board seem very reluctant to take any measures to resist the subversion of their website, and i appreciate it enough to take proactive steps to preserve it.



Do you have any other suggestions?
